I had a hot water heater installed and now have water leaking from the closet with the hot water heater to the guest room next to it. After investigation and two other plumbers coming to evaluate, the pipe that drains water from the pan outside in the case of a leak was not connected to the pan. For some reason there was water coming in and flooded the closet. In addition, the heater was installed incorrectly. Apparently tried to short cut the electrical so move the water heater over so the pipe did not reach the pan. In addition, redundancy. Called Jerry and he denied all of the issues. Another company had to remove the hot water heater and re-install correctly after resolving the water issues. If we do not come up with a financial resolution I will be pursuing small claims court. Poor experience, installed new shut off valve for 450 dollars. The wife has issues and she sets the schedule. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for plumbing services.

Dont bother calling, they are too busy to help, or even respond. They """"used""""to be my go to company. Diversified Plumbing was reccomended to me. I Called them one day, ( they even answered their phone) and the next day it was fixed!!

Jerry """"fixed"""" a broken pipe in my bathroom. Unfortunately, he didn't fix it correctly and water was still leaking from the bathtub into my walls. Amanda (I think that's her name) was extremely rude and argumentative. She refused to take responsibility for the poor repair. I ended up calling another plumber and paying to fix Jerry's mistake. I should have listened to the other reviews. You get what you pay for.

Contacted Jerry regarding a clogged kitchen sink to inquire about availability. His wife runs a public page online Paradise Coast Parent, which is where she has promoted her husbands business before. Wanting to support someone small and local, I reached out. Very brief and seemingly normal interaction. Shortly thereafter, the wife posted on her public page complaining about his customers. The same platform she promotes his business with she uses to complain about them. If he wants his business to grow, he might want to take the phone away from his wife. A community partner also brought this to her attention that it was inappropriate and was immediately blocked and her business ties severed. I would not trust someone like this in my home. He may be a great plumber, but his wife will continue to get in his way with her argumentative and inappropriate banter towards his customers. Bizarre.

My water supply line to the house was broken. I called Jerry's Plumbing on a recommendation from Next Door app. It was on Black Friday 2021. I do not have a problem with the $150 emergency service call fee. My issue is with the $300 more for less than 1 hour of work. A plastic pipe was broken. He was here on site for less than 1 hour and used minimal supplies. He did fix it, I just feel that $450 total was price gouging, and if I were home, I would have said something at that time. $250 total would have been more than fair. $150 for the service all and $100 per hour. He charged over $300 per hour, plus the service call. He refused to give me any money back after several conversations. Very poor business practice. I will never recommend or use his services again. Save yourself some money and use a different plumber. I hope this protects somebody out there from being taken advantage of. Have a wonderful day

I contacted Jerry's at the beginning of June to see if they were available on the 1st week of July to install new sinks and faucets for my new countertop install. She ( I believe Jerry's Wife) told me they were available to complete the install. I sent photos of the work to be completed, and she told me """"Jerry can make it happen"""". I contacted them 3 weeks later to confirm availability, and the same person said they were taking their """"annual 3 weeks time off"""", and then proceeded to tell me that it's my fault because I did not book my appointment. She was very argumentative and took no responsibility. Really? You didn't know you were going to be on your """"annual 3 week time off"""" at the beginning June, when I first asked for your availability. Now I have countertops coming in a week with no plumber to complete the hook up. Find another plumber, Jerry cannot make it happen. This service is so unreliable and will not take responsibility for their mistakes.

Horrible hired to do some rough in he showed up two days then left for three months no word no answer from his office. Then a bill for three times what it should have been. Sued me ,lied like you couldn't imagine and continued to harass. The guy in Naples uses his father's license in Miami and all the work had to be torn out. Absolutely use any plumber except this one. They are scammers.

Cancelled appointments twice after scheduling. Can't review their work because they never showed up. Must be a 1-man operation.

The drainage in our Pebblebrooke house backed up. Jerry came out and fixed it the same day. He then used a video cam to determine that the blockage was caused by the cable company breaking and blocking the main drainage pipe close to the street. He was able to fix that within 24 hours also. Because of his diagnosis and video evidence, the cable company will cover the repair.
