We had a leaking toilet in March 2023 After calling three other plumbers all of which couldn't come we called Jerry's who came through a blizzard in Logan Canyon and fixed the issue. We used them recently and were impressed with their service.

We have used Jerry's Plumbing Repair for many, many years. Tom Hicken's work for us has included general repairs, back-flow valves, water heater installations (both tankless and standard tank), and consultations about products. His plumbing knowledge is well known among area professionals, for he teaches in the Apprentice Plumbing Program at Bridgerland Applied Technology College. In the current COVID19 climate, Tom uses all recommended precautions--social distance, gloves, mask, and he spends as little time as possible in contact with his customers. Billing and payment is done safely through digital means. Tom is always responsive, in that when he makes an appointment, he shows up. If he is running a bit late due to complications at a previous job site, he texts to let the customer know the new estimated arrival time. In addition to his professionalism, Tom is courteous, friendly, and honest. We feel extremely fortunate to have access to his services.

I had a leak where the ice maker connected to the main water line. Jerry's Plumbing knew exactly what to do to remedy the problem. He gave two options to chose from. He was done in 10 minutes. No more leak! The plumber was very friendly and professional

If you need any plumbing help, you need to call these guys!! We tried calling a few plumbers that friends had used and never even got a call back. So, we called Hooker Appliance (where we've always received outstanding support and prices that beat the big box stores) and asked for their recommendation. Without even hesitating, they said to call Jerry's. Melanie answered promptly and was extremely polite, knowledgeable and took thorough notes. Although our issue was very important to us, it was not ""an emergency"", yet she juggled schedules and had a plumber to our home by the end of the day. Best of all, he advised us on ways to save money, what we could safely do by ourselves and the best tools to do it with, and our bill was a shock because it was so fair rather than so expensive. In my almost 60 years, NEVER have I had such a positive experience with any service professionals. Way to go Jerry's Plumbing!!!

Tom is a knowledgeable, personable, and reliable plumber. I trust him with my repairs and installs. We've had him fix a couple problems, install new water heaters, and a dishwasher. He returns calls and text messages quickly. His work is high quality, efficient, and fairly priced. I would recommend this business to anyone.
