Jerry is a favorite among our co-op. I'd say the best thing about him isn't just that he and his crew do great work, it's that he is responsive and communicative. He replaced the boiler in our building last year, and after that we had him install thermostatic valves in our apartment so our radiators would be easier to control. He and his crew did a quick job, were Covid safe, respectful of our home and our schedule, and he was available to answer follow-up questions afterwards. Recently we've been considering having some work done in the back of our building to address a water drainage issue in the garden, and Jerry made sure that we were on the same page; he came by not once but twice to discuss the issue and be open and honest about possible solutions. He doesn't push you to hire him, he lays the facts out as he sees them and lets you make your own decisions after he makes sure that you understand things properly. I am very grateful for his honesty, his time, his good work, and his willingness to share his knowledge.

We discovered that our hot water tank was leaking. We called Jerry's plumbing and HVAC He said that he would be at our house in two hours and he kept his promise. He quoted us a price over the phone and we agreed. He came in and got to work immediately and completed the work quickly and neatly. We were extremely relieved and pleased with his work. Two days later we received a follow-up call from him making sure that the tank was operating smoothly. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend him.

I needed to fix a leaking toilet and had another repair that had baffled me. A towel bar attached to the underside of my porcelain sink. I also needed a plumber to resolve an old issue. I needed to either fix or replace an in sink garbage disposal. My building manager recommended Jerry's Plumbing HVAC. I left a phone message and immediately received a return call and set up an appointment. Jerry and his team showed up promptly at the time decided were courteous, clean, speedy and knew what needed to be done. The materials they needed were assembled the work was performed neatly and in in a very timely manner. I am totally pleased with the results of their work.
