Do not call this company! They are extremely overpriced and promise to fix your air conditioner for a price they quote you over the phone and then tell you a completely different story before they even see it. This is the second time I have been duped by them. They came out four months ago for a duct replacement and gave me a quote for $1800.00 when all the other estimates were in the $600.00- $800.00 range. They also complained about my review and sent me a nasty text about this review. Very unprofessional.

I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink, which the previous plumber completely failed to account for during his last trip. Had Miles and Juan come over on time as scheduled, very friendly and courteous brother team. They didn't quote me any fee for initial inspection, just started working thoroughly, inspecting every nook and crannies and finally found the source of the leak; incorrectly drilled pipe. Managed to fix it quick, ran the dishwasher, the disposal unit and proceeded to double check their work again to ensure nothing was leaking, which it didn't. Payment was VERY REASONABLE, service was TOP NOTCH and found out it was family owned business with HIGH REPUTATION. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My mother found another leak in the same area, so had them call over to see if there was something amiss; came back again super early with the owner Jerry, who was very professional and friendly. They reinspected the work and found another leak, which wasn't visible the first time and switched out the pipe and fitting; NO CHARGE, this is how a business needs to run, with honesty and integrity. I can now say I have a plumber I know that I can trust with ALL of our house plumbing, THANK YOU MILES, JUAN AND JERRY!

I have called Jerry & Miles for multiple issues I have had with my a/c and also had them do some pvc pipe work for a utility sink we have in our home. Let me just say that they are the best. Read through the other reviews and have to agree with everything their customers are saying about them. They are extremely professional, very knowledgable, honest, and super reliable. I would highly recommend you give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Jerry fixed the problem very thoroughly and promptly. I could tell he's a very honest person and that he wanted to make sure that everything had been taken care of correctly. He doesn't take shortcuts on the job, which I appreciate as someone who has experienced not so great service from other rooting/plumbing businesses before.

Hi Jerry,

Just wanted to Thank You for sending out both Miles and Juan to unclog and fix our dual bathroom sinks. They did great work and were very efficient & friendly.

Miles is a very honest young man and after seeing that the work was more complicated than the great price he had given me, he still insisted on just charging me that amount even with that higher degree of difficulty. Miles said that they take care of their customers always and not to worry about it. The integrity and good service mean a lot to me since it's very hard to find good and honest service people that will not rip you off. I've been ripped off by other plumbers and AC guys that come out and charge you a lot more than what they originally quoted you.

Jerry you and your wife did a great job raising Miles and also taking Juan under your wing and teaching them both the skills and knowledge of your business. I'm sure that both Miles and Juan will carry on the Legacy of Jerry's plumbing even after you retire.

I was fortunate enough to come across Jerry's Plumbing in the Yellow Pages and dial your number. I will always recommend your services to others and when I'm in a bind I'll make sure I'll call Jerry's plumbing!
