They came unprepared. No parts. No diagnostics. No communication. Refuse to tell us when they return to finish the job. Scheduler was rude and incompetent on the phone. Stay away from these people.

I was assigned to Jerry's Plumbing by my home warranty company when another company wasn't able to come out same day for an emergency blockage that disabled all of our toilets. They contacted me within 5 minutes of the case being assigned to them, and scheduled me for that afternoon. The people I spoke to on the phone were pleasant and professional. The technician who came out, Omar, was courteous and did a very nice job, when the initial method to clear the clog didn't work he identified another approach, got it cleared out, confirmed that everything was working, and answered all of my questions. It was a positive experience and I was grateful for the quick response.

The technicians were negligent and not only reset my system in a way that now renders it non-functional, they re-assembled the unit itself incorrectly...on top of that, the girls that answer the phone are unprofessional and argumentative. They refused to fix their mistake and suggested my only recourse was to take legal action. Astonishing as I'm imagining this could all be fixed within 20 minutes. I urge you to bring your business elsewhere.

Horrible experience with this company! We had them out to fix our broken heater. It worked alright for a few hours and then broke again and when we called them the next morning to report the problem they gaslit us and told us they fixed it and we'd have to wait over a week to get them back out. The woman on the phone Erica was incredibly unprofessional and super rude, I'm sort of shocked at how she spoke to me. And then when I called back to speak to her supervisor Sonia she was just as bad and told me if I just stopped calling and ""whining about it"" I could get the problem fixed faster. Can't believe they speak to customers that way.

Save your time and money and do NOT work with this company... what a nightmare.

I woke up to a very constant leaky mess under my kitchen sink and called a couple of plumbers. They said,""Well it's Saturday and were busy and can't get to you til late afternoon!"" I told them that's too long and immediately found JERRY'S PLUMBING. They said they'd be out there in 1 hour AND HE WAS!!He wore a mask and took cate of the problem promptly and gave us fast friendly service! In 20 mins our leak was gone! Great job! Will call again! Super accommodating family owed company. We have used them several times for our vacation home in Santa Barbara. Great customer service, I never have to worry about gauging long distance owners. Can't say enough about their honesty.

We had a couple of old shower heads which needed replacing. One was in the master bathroom.
W. came and inspected the bathrooms. A few days later he called to say he had the replacements, total cost would be $270. I agreed without checking what this incurred.
When W. came he stayed for a very short time and inserted 2 inexpensive shower heads. We assumed he would replace the old faucet in the master bath but when we asked him about it, he looked blank. At one point he told us that we could remove a couple of screws ourselves and fill the gaps with a sealant which we could get from the store.
The whole 'plumbing' deal took about 20 minutes and the replacement shower heads probably cost about $30.
I foolishly gave him a check for $270 as I hate confrontations. The guy who did the work is lazy and a con man... don't use Jerry's Plumbing!
