Omar showed up on time & installed a new raised toilet & shower head for me. Thank You!!! You did a great job & kept the bathroom clean!!! Great Deals!!!!

I just used Jerry's Plumbing to fix/replace a toilet in our home. First the actual plumbers and helpers who came to our house were great. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I wish I could say the same for their other employees. The office staff who helped us on the phone and via email with the selection and ordering of our replacement toilet were kurt and mostly uninterested in helping us. Then when it came to the installation we ran into a problem. Again the guys at the house were awesome but I had to get on the phone with John the ""production manager"". He was on speaker when he immediately started yelling at his own employee and the when I got on the phone he kept on yelling at me and I am the customer. The worst experience possible. The bottom line is I really like the plumbers but because of the office staff and John I will never call Jerry's Plumbing again and cannot recommend them.

Called Jerry's plumbing on Saturday morning as we had a toilet leaking. They scheduled and provided the toilet and were out within hours. The lady we spoke with was very pleasant. The man and his son who came out was quiet and efficient and clean. We appreciate the quick service. Several years ago Jerry's Plumbing installed our hot water heater so glad their card was taped to the water heater.

I've used Jerry's Plumbing three times now and I am usually very satisfied. But just yesterday their technician promptly came out to fix my running toilet. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in about 30 minutes. I was charged $285.00! Is this excessive or does everyone charge this much? I will probably rethink my next plumbing choice.

UGH. I had previously used Jerry's Plumbing & Heating for many plumbing related issues around my house, 12+ years, including installing a new water softener and a tankless water heater - all done exceptionally well, reasonably priced, with great service.
So when I thought my pressure regulator blew last week, of course, I didn't think twice to call them to schedule an appointment to take a look at it. I am more than happy to report that the service techs arrived within 20min of the start time window, where they took a look at the regulator, asked how old it was, and based on the last time it was replaced, we determined it was over 10yrs old, they said it had to be replaced again. Ok, fair enough, so I asked how much would it be. The main tech walked to truck, came back a minute later, said $575 including the $125 service call... Wait a second, blonde brain processing... that's a $450 part???
Even though a little miffed at the price, I did verbally say OK, but I ALSO said I was texting with my husband about the price (he's an electrician at UCSB) and four minutes later, I came back outside, they had already replaced the unit. So, on my end, I totally admit it was my fault for giving a verbal-yet-rather-hesitant ""OK"" and yet on their end, it was rather arrogant on their part to not give me a few minutes to discuss with my husband first. Bottom line? Lesson learned. IF YOUR GUT SAYS WAIT - SAY NO - and then sort it out.
While I'm all for quick and efficient repairs, this was the most rushed situation I've ever dealt with - and I work in high end real estate (11+ years) - mostly handling escrow inspections and repairs with all kinds of vendors on a daily basis.
After I paid the invoice, I called the office and asked why the markup was so high and the woman that answered said ""oh that's because if you buy it from a retail store, you don't get the 1-year warranty"" and ""that it's not the same quality part as the contractors get"" - Uhm, what??? This isn't rocket science, these are basic plumbing parts.
So I totally understand and accept a markup for the warranty, that makes sense. But the quality? Come on... I don't think so, thus I contacted a local rep for the regulator mfg and they confirmed those specific units at retail stores are the same that contractors can get wholesale, simply because they are essential plumbing fixtures - period.
The lady at the office also said that since I had already signed the estimate, there was nothing we could do ** and I had to correct her ** I did NOT sign any estimate that said the repair was $575! The only thing I signed was for the final credit card charge because they were already done and clearly, I was already screwed.
Long story short - I will never use or recommend them again, in both my personal and professional realms. If you DO decide to call them, just be sure to do your homework PRIOR to committing (verbally or written) to have them do anything for you.
For reference: This pic attached shows the part that was replaced. It costs $198 (pre-tax) at Home Depot, Lowe's, Miners ACE Hardware and anywhere else, yet I was charged $450 for this part, at an approx 217% markup on the part alone, which is outrageously insane.
BOTTOM LINE - DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE. Lesson learned.

We have used and been very satisfied with Jerry's Plumbing for years. They are friendly, do excellent work, fully explain what they have done, are quick and on time. We highly recommend them. Yesterday, they fixed our sink, shower, and toilet in an hour.
Jerry Bunin

They were able to accommodate a same day appointment...Oscar was courteous and quickly fixed our problem...even going out of his way to pick up another part that was needed. Great Service at a fair price!

John just left our home in Solvang and I was so happy with the service that he provided, that I had to hop on to write a review.
We had been having plumbing problems and had been putting it off since the problem just ""went away"", or so we thought. This morning, our toilet overflowed...AGAIN. My husband called around to get someone to come out asap, but the soonest they could send someone out was next week. He then called Jerry's Plumbing and they were able to fit us in at the 12pm-5pm window today. John arrived at 1:30pm, a happy surprise since we didn't have to keep sticking around until 5pm. He was professional, polite and had a mask on. We had other pending issues that my husband asked about on the spot and he was able to address those as well.
At the end, I thought we would be getting a huge bill with all the problems he helped us with, but it was way less than I expected which was an even nicer surprise. He was efficient and never rushed us with any questions we had. He also seemed surprised that we were able to get in the same day since he mentioned they have been swamped lately. So to the lady (sorry, we didn't get her name) that answered my husband's call at the office, THANK YOU, TOO!
Highly recommend! If we should ever need plumbing services, Jerry's Plumbing will be our first call.

Armando came earlier than the 3-hour time frame, mask on. So I had time left over to run errands. Thanks Armando! He did his best to explain the furnace issues I had, fixed them quickly and advised me regarding future issues so I could be prepared. The 4 stars I gave instead of 5 is because the cost was more than I wanted to pay.

Extremely dishonest! I got a quote from these guys to replace some copper pipes. Their quote was 3x higher than the next highest bid!! I understand that bids will vary but 300% wow.
