Had horrible experience with this business!
The guy, Nick was not professional and sloppy and did not care whether his sloppiness will cause hazard because of gas leak from water heater.
Did not have proper tools and skills to install water heater!
Do not use this plumber ever!

Sink in the bathroom wasn't working at all. Always got the run arounds from others who said they could fix it, but never did. Jerry's plumbing came the next day after i called them. They got on it right away. Now i got a working sink.

My water heater wasn't working so called Jerry's Plumbing. They came the next day and did diagnostics & figured what was wrong; did a temporary fixes that day. Left me couple options and asked to call back if it stop working. Got my estimate for replacement / fixing. Within a week my water heater is replaced by Nick. He is very professional and polite. Work was done with no issues. Highly reliable and quick response.
Will call them again for any plumbing or heating services with no hesitation.

I called on a Saturday morning about my water heater and they had Nick there within a couple of hours. The problem was a dead water heater, Nick told me it should still be under warranty, something I would not have thought. Once I got the old one removed a d some demo done, they came out the same day I called to install the new one! Polite and friendly service and reasonable prices!

Timely and friendly with great advice. They've definitely saved me money with free advice. I've had several dealings with them and have only had one dud estimate (absurdly high and sent an apprentice to give me the price and he couldn't answer any questions as to why it was so high). I was so happy to be connected with Jerry's Plumbing and Heating. My old AC unit (from 1978 I think) was having some serious issues. After a visit or two from other AC companies, Jerry's plumbing & heating was finally able to help me. Being completely aloof to this stuff, the staff, particularly Zac, was extremely helpful. They explained everything to me before moving forward with the installation. My new AC unit is now installed and they totally took care of everything.
