As a second-generation plumber, Jerry brings a wealth of experience. He became the youngest plumber to earn his Contractors License in 1993. Within a year of launching the business, Jerry brought on his first employee. Within five years, we had expanded to a team of ten talented technicians. We launched a new division for fire sprinkler system installations in 1998. In 1999, we broadened our offerings to encompass HVAC repair and services. In 2001, we were fully equipped to perform all phases of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.

First of all, I want to say how impressed I am with the techs that installed our new central heating system. Ivan and Nick showed up clean and ready to work. Both were polite and answered all questions I had for them. However, I do feel that I was over charged for the install. I have First American Home Warranty (which we are NOT going to renew) and they gave me a list of items that weren't covered with the install. We agreed to the extra cost (which was over $1,600.00) and had to pay Jerry's up front before they would start work. Some of the extras listed were not actually installed in the new furnace. Only one modification was done on the unit for installation. Also, they charged us $195.00 for a new thermostat. It was the bottom-of-the-line unit. I went on line and found that the same unit cost $26.50, not $195.00. Jerry's told me that the new heater needed this thermostat, not the one we had which was programable even though the existing thermostat worked fine. It took 5 minutes to install the new one.

Jerry's Plumbing came out to my home and replaced a section of my water line that I assumed would be a huge cost, but Mario and Jake took care of it quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the down to business attitude and will use them again. Oh also Kristin was a real sweetheart!

We had someone come to our house to give us a quote on a mini split system and new wall units. The guy tried to tell us a brand new ac system would be cheaper - lol ya right - an entire ac system for a house is cheaper than 1 wall/window unit? Anyway.. after we told him several times what we DID want, he was totally rude and uninterested. We were told we would have our quote in a couple days. Guess what he never responded. Either this guy is new at his job, sucks at his job or was having a really bad day that day. But none of those things are My problem. I guess you have to be willing to spend thousands of dollars to be worthy of this company's time.

Currently going through hell with these guys. Unfortunately this is who our home warranty sent us so we may have to deal with them. In no way shape or form do these guys deserve even 1 star!

To start, our tech Adrian was suppose to be at our place at the scheduled time between 12-5pm. After taking the day off and waiting around all day, we called at 5pm to find out where he was. He called us back to say he's late and wouldn't be there until after 6pm....he got there at 6:30pm eventually.

Long story short, they are charging us almost $300 for a leak detection and didn't detect any leaks, other than being able to hear it through the wall and seeing the flood in our garage (both of which we already knew, obviously). I caught them on the phone trying to lie twice about what they did and the procedure of which they do it. The tech was not honest with me about how the process works for fixing the leak and how they charge you. They were telling my insurance company one thing and me something different...once I caught them in the second lie and they weren't able to talk their way out of it and proceeded to hang up on me (I was on the phone with both the office manager and the tech Adrian). They literally told me that because I set a same day appointment (I have a friggin leak in my house!!!) that they don't do a thorough leak detection and if I would have set an appointment further out, they would of brought the proper equipment. Seriously?! you half a** a job because someone has a leak in their home and need it fixed asap?! Blew me away when he said that.

I am trying to have my insurance company find another company to do the work but I may be SOL on this and have to deal with them...we will have to see but I will update this review once it is all said and done.

For now, my advice is stay away from these guys if you can...there are plenty of other options out there...again I will update with a more thorough review after the work is done.

We called Jerry's out yesterday for a slow drain. We meant to call another company but dialed Jerry's in error. First of all, the receptionist asked me twice for my address, but they still went to the wrong house and had to call and ask for my address a third time. The workman, who did seem to be a very nice guy, determined that it was a clog. The problem came when after a couple of tries, he decided that they would have to open our shower wall to get to the clog. He was vague in some of the answers to our questions, and he left saying that they would get an estimate together and come out tomorrow. After a fitful night of sleep, we decided to call the company we MEANT to call and get a second opinion, THANK GOD!!! They were able to get the clog free, after some determination, and saved us $1000's. When I called to cancel the appointment for today, the receptionist read back to me that our issue was a broken pipe under our tub!! WOW.... I don't know what's going on at Jerry's, but YIKES!

Thermostat went out during a hot spell. Of course, nothing works so we had Jerry's come out under our home warranty. I called to schedule an appointment and was given a date in three days. Scheduled 9:00 to 12:00. We got a call at 8:15 that they were on their way. Sweet.
George arrived, checked everything and determined the thermostat had gone out which blew a fuse in the heater in the attic. By 9:45, George had replaced the thermostat, instructed us on it's use and was on his way. George could not have been more professional. He left, saying if we had any problems just call back.
Very pleased!

Where do I start?!? How about I hired Jerrys to fix a leak and put in new parts. 6 months later the leak was fixed. That's only the beginning! Mario's reply when asked why would you replace parts and not fix leak?!
I didn't know you wanted me to?! Really?! Then there's the flood under my half bath, he tried to blame me. Said parts didn't fit... wrong. Management was to show up between 9-10 to look at damage. A no show!!!
How bout that!! Calling BBB!!
Big rip off and too much dishonesty! The WORST!!
Then got a yelp back from Jerry's with incorrect, more dishonest remarks.

July 2016-March 2017 I contracted this company for my commercial property's AC/heating needs. They seem so show up for service calls in a timely manner, and MAYBE fix the problem. If problem needs more than the one day visit, it will take many months to get the problem solved. It will take weeks for them to tell you that they still need to fix the problem and what the problem actually is, then more weeks to months before they can give you an estimate or bid for the repair, then at least another month or so before they do the job.... sheesh. Mind you, I'm not talking about a $200-$1000 job, I'm talking $10K to $25K. per ACunit replacement.... for that kind of money I expect a bit of expedited service. When I 'hound' them, I get 'stories'.... I call BS. Finally I got a bid, it took them Nov-16 to Mar-17 to just assess problem & get me the $10K bid for AC replacement . Out of desperation I called another AC business... No problem, called on Friday, got the new unit installed on Wednesday at half the cost that Jerry's told me it would cost. Now their bid finally was received, 3 days AFTER my new company installed it after taking a week to assess and replace the unit.. But, on the better note, the plumber is still doing good, but for how long who knows..... I haven't had any thing more than a running or clogged toilet.
