Jerry's was affordable, but the tech that came out would not snake out the main drain as requested. First he said he couldn't find the clean out, then he said it was too full of mud to snake out. He said we would have to empty our fishpond before he could work on it (the fishpond was installed with the clean out in mind).
I had to call Roto-Rooter, who did the job quickly and easily.

If I could give no stars I would this contractor is unsafe and will cause you huge problems. I have a home warranty and they came out to repair HVAC for the 4th time lucky I was there to tell the young man to disconnect the power before attempting a repair. Bottom line use someone else!!!

I called my insurance company and they assigned this company to access my problem. After speaking with me and only opening the bottom of my wall heater examining the pilot light and turning on the heater. They found I had an unsafe carbon monoxide reading and verbally telling me it needs replacement and they need another contractor to access the roof exhaust due to the high level of carbon monoxide. The report they submitted to the insurance states I need to have my heater scheduled for maintenance, claim closed. If only they would have fully inspected my unit I would have confidence and their verbal instructions to a homeowner matched their written recommendations. If they would of said that in the beginning, I would be fine. Instead you have me worry about the carbon monoxide leaking into my home and having to get someone on the roof. I will not be using this company for any needs! Not trustworthy!

Be careful, the techs work on commission. I had a plumbing issue at a commercial building and the quote I received on the spot (complete with a strange smirk) was way more than the other two bids.

This was the second time we used Jerry's. The first time was for a water heater install. The prior job was not very good. When the heater started leaking, it leaked into the first floor. This time the heater was seated in a pan and the overflow pipe was artfully made and will drain outside the heater closet. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. The seond time, our kitchen drain was clogged. The guy took apart all the pipes and snaked the system. I was watching and asking him lots of questions. He pointed out the issues and suggested using an enzyme product for maintenance. Jerry's is my backup plumber. He gave a senior discount with the final being $173.

Worst company ever. I gave them a 2nd chance (apparently I was reading reviews for the wrong Jerry's and thought they had improved) and I will NEVER have them out again. I called about water dripping around the furnace. I was told an evaluation was free but $135 for a service call and a FURNACE INSPECTION so I said please come and do a full inspection. The guys turned the furnace on and off (I guess that is considered an ""inspection"" since they didn't do anything else as far as inspecting the unit), pushed buttons on the display and sealed around where the water might be coming in.

A month later I go to turn on the furnace and notice the display is different. The furnace blew nothing but COLD air. The girl in the office was pretty nasty and unprofessional about it. She would not even connect me with a tech who might have been able to tell me what I was seeing on the display, just wanted to charge me again for someone to come out again.

I had no problem paying for the work which was done but since the furnace unit had not been touched since they were here and the display is completely different that it has ever been I think they at least owed me the courtesy of a tech coming out to do an evaluation of the problem (which they say is a no charge) or at least getting on the phone with me. Very unprofessional company!

Our water heater started leaking. Jerry's plumbing was sent out the next day through our home warranty company. They showed up on time and replaced the whole unit in under two hours. I am very pleased with the work done and how quickly it was completed.

I used my home warranty for a broke furnance and they sent out Jerry's. Not only did they not fix the problem they made it worse. I had to call another company to come out and repair their mistakes. I will never allow Jerry's at my residence again.

While the service was friendly enough, we got a quote for a clogged toilet at around $120. We told them the line needed to be snaked and they still said $120 ""tops"". When the guy showed up (on time) and did the work, He charge $185. When we asked why it was so much more than the quote, he said it was because he had to use the ""big snake"". He didn't even snake the whole line and it was clogged again in less than 3 months. Will not use this company again.

Called for estimate. Got a call back. Very friendly and professional office staff. Set up a 2 hour window for estimate. A guy shows up a half later than our window. Doesnt introduce himself. Says ""Hey were you looking for an estimate on a furnace?"" Yes. Looks at it. Says ""I'll email you an estimate before noon tomorrow."" Then leaves. Noon tomorrow was yesterday and I've still not received an estimate or phone call. Disappointing, but if this is how this company conducts its business; I must say that I will never use this company and I will tell everybody I know to not use Jerry's Plumbing.
