We called Jerry's plumbing because we had a flood in our basement due to our sump pump failed along with our older hot water heater that got damaged as a result of the flood. Jerry was prompt and responded quickly. He replaced the sump pump, installed the new hot water heater. He also provided remediation of the flood too! His pricing was beyond reasonable. He and his team did a fantastic job. My basement is dry. I have a new sump pump AND hot water! Thank Jerry's plumbing!

I reached out to the State of Maryland and no HVAC license is under Jerry's name. Plus the equipment he installed was used and useless.

BE AWARE!!! This business will scam you out of money! If I could give this business a zero I definitely would! My husband and I spent over 1000 dollars on two separate times just for the AC to keep breaking. Everything was a temporary fix! They don't come on time, both times I was told a specific time range and it was hours past that said they would come between 12-4 ended up showing up at 8:30 pm. Just super unprofessional.

I used this company for installation of a new garbage disposal. I chose this company because their pricing was reasonable and they had overall decent reviews. Aside from pricing, my experience was less than optimal. My experience: lack of customer service, unresponsive after payment, failure to acknowledge and rectify their negligent workmanship.
I thought a professional plumbing company would be able to install something as simple as a garbage disposal. Yet, the garbage disposal installation was not done correctly. The same day after installation of the garbage disposal, we used the dishwasher and it flooded under the kitchen sink. I reached out to the Jerry's to inform them of the issue. They told me to provide pictures which I did and haven't heard from them since. I tried contacting them and left several messages but Jerry's has been completely unresponsive. They have not attempted to fix their work, have not been in contact with me. They have left me hanging with an unresolved issue due to their mistake. But they did collect payment from me.
Their website and customer bill of rights state they take pride in a job well done, satisfaction guaranteed, etc. However, contrary to their website my experience revealed they don't actually take accountability for their negligence or back the quality of their work. And they definitely need to improve their customer service.
This is not how to conduct business. I will not be using this company again. I strongly don't recommend this company.

Be aware of the fake fraudulent post. I contacted Jerry's Plumbing and described my issue, which was, my furnace would appear to be working however no heat was being distributed. Jerry the actual owner showed up the next business day with a furnace ignitor however upon his evaluation of the issue, I was informed I needed a new motor, and the ignitor was in good shape. I agreed to install the motor, and was charged $590.00. Within two days I started experiencing the same issue so I contacted Jerry's Plumbing and Heating. A representative (age 18 -21) not Jerry came out the next day. I was informed by this new representative that I have a burnt out ignitor and it appears to have been burnt out for a long period of time. Well obviously I was taken back because days before Jerry informed me the ignitor was in good shape. The new rep informed me that he can cut me a break, and install the ignitor for $280.00. To cut my losses, I decline the services. Please be aware of the fake, fraudulent, and phonies it could cost you big. I'm so tired of unhonest technicians (e.g. HVAC, Auto, Contractors). We depend on these so call professional technicians to be honest, and not try to rip you off. BE CAREFUL.

Buyer Beware!!! Very shocked and disappointed at this company for sending such trash to ny home. First and Last time I use this place. Called to get a clogged dishwasher checked. They sent me a text message with some guy who was coming and his life history and someone completely different shows up and starts diagnosing the issue before even checking anything. Says it is a clogged drain and it will be $300. Kept running out to his truck... Took about 15 minutes and then told me that he cleaned the drain and the dishwasher is not coming on. THis is fine if I need a new dishwasher; however I got charged for a cleared drain and after he left... (My bad for checking after the fact) I checked the dishwasher and all the water was still sitting in there. So... I got charged for a drain clearing which never happened.

Jordan arrived and was able to repair the line from my sump pump. Very quick and efficient. The issue was caused because the previous repairman had cut the pipe too short and was not properly joined to the sump pump.

we didn't have heat, we called this company, doug came and he fixed it in little over an hour and now our heat is working!! we are completely satisfied!!

We called Jerry's Plumbing after 10pm because we had a sewage backup. Jerry's was very responsive and came out to our house and fixed our issue. The tech Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend their service to anyone who has a need for a plumber.
