We were having A/C issues and had to go through our home warranty plan. They referred us to Jerry's Plumbing and we couldn't be happier! Service was prompt (not always the case with home warranties) and professional. Zac is awesome!! He is courteous, pleasant, thorough, and cleans up after himself. We would definitely recommend Jerry's Plumbing and use them again.

We needed to have some isolation valves installed in a kitchen sink. He came out to not only give us a estimate with very little wait time but we also had him come back to do the work and install a new kitchen faucet.
Work was excellent and would use their services again as I have in the past. They have also been very efficient, reasonably priced and work has been excellent.

Complete waist of time. Rude office manager, Sonya, hung up on me twice. They installed our heater several years ago, it has not been working. They sent a technicion out who did not know how to fix the heater they installed and left. I have children, it is freezing. The refuse to help. Worst company ever.

Will never use again. First and last time. They definitely took advantage and didn't care to hear what I was trying to explain. Unfortunately I spent $200 for the service call and ended up calling someone else that fixed the issue in less than 45 minutes.

Wow, what a wonderful experience with Jerrys Plumbing and heating! They helped me deal with our NIGHTMARE home warranty company
( First American Home Warranty). Jerrys asked me to check to see if my current water heater was under warranty. Why, because if they came out and my current water heater was still under the manufacture warranty the home warranty company would not cover the replacement water heater. I would still be responsible for their $75 fee and the cost of replacing the water heater.
After that, the home warranty company told me that I would have to wait up to 48 hours to get a replacement. They would not allow Jerrys Plumbing to supply the water heater. Jerrys plumbing made sure to check with the home warranty company and made sure it was ordered and ready for pick up. I highly recommend Jerrys Plumbing and Heating. 800-697-8875 or 805-928-5526.

I'm sure I could have looked around and saved money, but I had an emergency water heater failure and flooding from my old unit. No hot water and flooded garage. Jerry's tech came within an hour and agreed a new unit was best. He quoted $1385 for the unit and install. Granted that seems high, but I was not prepared to go shopping or get numerous quotes. The tech took away the old unit, updated the piping, and installed the new unit, did so at exactly the price quoted. All of it was done by 11:30am. So granted not the cheapest in town. But I'll pay for the turn key service and lack of stress. They performed as promised and I have a new unit with hot water within 4 hours of calling. Hard to complain.

I have really mixed feelings. The parts took forever to arrive. I am not sure why because they are pretty generic parts. They might have pretended to care even a little. But my heater is working at last. I qualify for their 10 percent senior discount. The servicemen lack basic math skills. I was shorted 26 dollars on the discount. I just let it go because I didn't want to have to start explaining it to them. I sincerely hope that the work today fixed the issues.

I have used Jerry's Plumbing three times and two of those times, it was a good experience. The third time I was completely overcharged by $300 to $400. I submitted my bill to my HOA, but it was refused. My property manager checked with Rex's Rooter and Power Plumbing about what Jerry's Plumbing charged which was $763.00, and they would have charged $385.00 - $460.00.
When I confronted John, the manager at Jerry's Plumbing, he looked into the situation and decided that the company had treated me fairly. He could not offer any type of refund, but 25% off my next service call. I refused his offer, because I will never use them again.
Please be warned and get multiple estimates so you aren't taken advantage of as I was.

It's the third time Jerry's Plumbing has come out to different service calls through my home warranty insurance, so I don't have experience with their service/labor costs as in if they're over priced or not, and based on the other reviews I'm assuming efficiency varies by which serviceman is assigned.

Service-wise it's been positive when Derrick and Willam have been assigned here. I like asking questions to really understand what's going on with my house, and they always throughly explain things to me and even offer alternative suggestions if I ask. The only time I had an issue was when a different guy came and left a leak under my skink that messed up the wood since it puddled overnight. When making an appointment over the phone they won't let me request a specific plumber, but I wish they would so I could keep getting the same positive service, since the negative reviews make me iffy about who's coming for the next service call (if there is a next time, which there probably is because my house is very old with problems everywhere). Customer service through the phone is a hit or miss. I think it might be the same person, but different experiences.

Fast and efficient service. Derrick was awesome, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my bathtub, faucet, and sink, without a problem. He was also great at answering all my questions, and making sure I was happy with the service! Being a new homeowner and having to make a lot of service calls already, I really value and appreciate good customer service as well as getting plumbing issues fixed on the first call.
