Two plumbers came to replace a faucet in a rental. They weren't wearing masks and when I asked one of them if they would wear masks Indoors he said ""No ma'am."" I asked if they were vaccinated and he said ""no ma'am."" He charged me $175 for a job that took less than 10 minutes. If I could have gotten another plumber here today I would have done so but it was an urgent repair. Fortunately no one is living in the house now so I have a couple of days to ventilate and clean. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.

I was very impressed with their response time and value. The estimate price I was quoted over the phone for clearing an overflowing cleanout is what I paid for and I personally considered the price very competitive. Moreover, they did not waste any time and worked efficiently the entire time. I highly would recommend their services.

We had to have a new 40 gallon water heater replaced. We called Jerry's and they sent out a tech right away. We were given an estimate by the tech for $1800.00. They never provided us with a written estimate, we paid the bill with a credit card the same day and when we received a receipt, it was for $1961.00. The installation was during regular business hours, took approximately 4 to 4-1/2 hours, and with no apparent difficulties. We have no complaint with the tech! We called the business to complain about the addition to the bill and request an itemized bill. We were told that we accepted the bid ($1800.) and they weren't required to give us an itemized bill and that the store manager would call us. He never did. Interesting way of doing business.....

I was told the technician would be here between 4 PM and 6 PM. It's now almost 7 PM. No phone call, no show. When I call their number all I get is an answering service that tells me they will relay the message. In this day and age with cell phones, there is no reason that they can't call with an update.

Update. The emergency technician just called. His response was , ""I don't do the scheduling. I can't come out now. I'm just the emergency technician. You'll have to wait until morning.""

I've had much experience with other companies in the past 20 years. I have never been treated this poorly. If it weren't for it being a warranty situation, I would have never called this company. I do not recommend them.

Solution ""B"": A reasonably handy friend with assistance from Miner's employee located the ""unavailable"" parts and replaced both valves and new handles -- for under $70.
I'm new to the area and unfortunately, have found this business practice PREVALENT in Santa Maria.
If your repairs are covered by warranty/insurance maybe you don't care, but I can use the $800 saved.

Recently had my water heater go out. I had to deal with a home warranty company to get it fixed. They notified me that Jerry's Plumbing would be taking care of it. Great. They contacted me and we made arrangements for them to check it out. William showed up a few minutes before our scheduled appointment which I appreciated.
Once it was time to install the water heater, William returned and installed it and took away the old one. It was a very positive experience dealing with both William and Jerry's Plumbing.

Jerry's Plumbing company can and installed my Water Heater. They were recommended to us by First American Home Insurance, who are extremely particular when it comes to sending contractors, Jerry's Plumbing sent us a very kind and knowledgeable man named William who came out and replaced our Water Heater professionally and efficiently. One of the best parts is not only that the price was based on the actual parts and labor, but I just lost my younger brother and was in the midst of preparing for his memorial and could not come up with my portion of the payment, yet Jerry's Plumbing installed my Water Heater accepting a post-dated check for 15 days. I have Jerry's Plumbing Company a BIG 5 STARs Rating Not only for their service but their understanding, humanity, and professionalism
