As a professional, Jerry misses the mark. He promises to come at a certain time then doesn't show up and doesn't call. A customer/client has to ""chase"" him and even when he promises to be there, he doesn't show... again without any communication. Not a good way to run a business! I would rate him even lower if I could. Don't waste your time, there are other better companies out there who are more reputable, competent and respectful of your time and needs.

At one of my vacant listings, I walked in the door and heard water running. Not a good sign. I had a water leak and called Jerry's Plumbing. Jerry arrived in 5 minutes and shut off the water, hauled away the refrigerator, fixed the leak and vacuumed up all of the standing water. He saved the day!
