We just moved to Santa Barbara, and we had to use Jerry the Plumber on two separate occasions. We used them to install a water line for our fridge, and then we had them come out to replace some toilet parts and a hot water shower device that had broken prior to us moving in. They are absolutely wonderful, fast, and professional. Albert is wonderful, and even explained the issues to me of what happened and how he was fixing it. If you need a plumber for anything in SB, please call Jerry the Plumber!

I appreciate how this company has steadily stayed in business during all this time, especially when there are so many other competitors out there. I see it as a true testament to their superior service and product knowledge.

We had Jerry and team replace our old, leaky water heater a few years back. They were quickly able to diagnose the issue, determine cost on the spot, and professionally install the new appliance. The technician was efficient and courteous, and let us know of the warranty along with a super helpful tip when the time comes to replace. Very grateful.

I'd recommend this company for your water heater (and general plumbing) needs!

Great service. Alex did a really great job. Installed a new toilet and a kitchen faucet / strainer. Worked fast, checked his work, cleaned up after the job. Hauled away old parts. Highly recommended company.

Just recently called Jerry the Plumber to unclog my sewer lateral. The plumber was very courteous and was able to inspect my sewer after it was unclogged. Come to find out I had problems with my lateral and they were able to replace my entire lateral for a very reasonable price. Jerry the Plumber is amazing. Good, honest and reliable plumber in the Santa Barbara area. Not to be confused with Jerry's Plumbing.

Great job done by Jerry the Plumber! I had two houses have plumbing issues go out at the same time and JTP came out right away and handled both. Saved me a big headache with my renters and even greater expense of having to put them up. Thanks Albert!

We absolutely love Albert and Jerry the Plumber! We have used them for quite some years now, for jobs both big and small. Albert always squeezes us in, no matter how busy he is. We have also recommended them to good friends. It is unfortunate that this wonderful family-owned business received a negative review, which I have formally flagged, because I honestly believe it is directed to the wrong company (Jerry the Plumber does NOT and has NEVER contracted with Home Depot). Based on this inconsistency, I can only surmise that it refers to one of the similarly-named plumbing businesses in the area. Call Jerry the Plumber now for that pesky plumbing issue you have been putting off!

It has been a few months and I can still see the post wrongly placed on Jerry the plumber...they do not contract with home depot. Ever!! And the good reviews were never posted ever?? Yelp is starting to suck.....

Whatever you do, don't ever use Jerry the Plumber. First of all, I was shocked to hear we would be charged an extra $60 on top of the $150 installation and disposal fee to carry a toilet down a staircase with 10 steps (yes, that's $6 per step), but then when he measured the setback from the wall, he said there was no possible way the toilet could be installed. I got a recommendation for another plumber who not only installed the toilet for $90 with a couple of inches to spare, but also refused to charge us a disposal fee. STAY AWAY from Jerry the Plumber! Not only are they completely incompetent, but they will pile on unnecessary charges on top of their incompetence. Note that they only reason that we had him out at our place at all is because we bought our toilet from Home Depot. If you do the same, make sure they contract with someone else.
