We had a number of issues and Jerry came quickly and solved them all. With a great price. The main one was a water leak that was costing me $200/mo that I just could not find.

Mine was showing 0.03hcf (22 gal) every hour even when we were sleeping. I spent weeks trying to figure it out. Turned off all the toilets. Looked or water everywhere. Nothing.

Jerry figured it out. I have a duplex and there are 2 meters. I assumed one meter for each unit. But jerry explained one was for both units and the other for the fire sprinklers. Our renters had a toilet leak.

Jerry was extremely fast and efficient. We had an issue at one of our rental properties, my handyman recommended us to Jerry. Called Jerry after I saw his boys doing a sewer repair up the street from me. I told him I suspected I might have damage to my sewer line and did not know if there was a way he can check. I work as a fireman with a crazy unpredictable work schedule. I scheduled with him and had to cancel at the last minute due to work. The next day off I had was Friday, he told me he was very busy, but was willing to come out late at night due to my work schedule. He was very professional and showed up with all the right state-of-the-art equipment. He's able to even take video and upload it for you to see. After looking at my sewer line, there were some very minor issues. He gave me the best advice to take care of it without even drawing further business to him. Like most other sharks would.
