I left a vm in the am. I got a call around 12:30p that someone could be at my house within 30 minutes. After waiting a few hours, texts and phone calls, still no eta. I had other things to do that I had put off to make myself available for the plumber. Just after 3:15p I finally had to go and take care of my other obligations.. Then I finally get a call at 3:30p that a plumber will be otw but I had litterally just left the house. They made it up to me by coming out 1st thing in the am thankfully (and this rating is no reflection of my plumber, he was great) but when I went to pay, 1st I was told $65, then told and charged $125... after all that... not happy.

He is the BEST plumber I have ever worked with and we work with a tremendous amount of vendors in the property management industry. He goes above and beyond in his service, he knows what he is doing and ALWAYS does it right. His prices are reasonable and I know when I call Jerry, I never have to worry- the work will get done quickly, he will spend the time to make sure it is done properly so that the customer saves money, and both our team and the customer are happy. Fast, efficient and professional. Called them this morning and one of his guys was in the area and came right over. He replaced the shower diverters in both of my bathrooms perfectly and was out the door in less than 40 minutes. Very nice guy too. You could tell he was full of energy. I've used Jerry Nolan Plumbing for many many years and have always had great service for a reasonable price. My last service with them was for a new dishwasher install, which is usually 30 minutes max and $50-$75. They sent 2 guys & two trucks; one guy was on time, but he was clueless, perhaps a helper? The one who did the job arrived 30 minutes late. It took a total of an hour and 1/2 with no issues or unexpected problems. They talked non-stop & couldn't work while they were talking. The bill was $150, nearly half the cost of the dishwasher. I promptly paid the bill but am questioning whether I should use them again. Very disappointed.

Jerry Nolan Plumbing came in and saved the day today. The other plumbing company came in yesterday as was ready to re-plumb our whole house. The other plumbing company had us convinced it was the only way to go with a slab leak. Jerry's guys came in - found the leak outside the house in 10 minutes, and fixed it for under $200. We will be Jerry Nolan Plumbing customers for life. Thank you Suzanne for the recommendation - saved us a ton of aggravation and big $$s that would not have fixed the problem.
