Very disappointed.

First time the work was great. JM came, replaced the pump on my toilet, took 15 minutes, and charged me $175. Pricey but the job was done well.

Second time. Not so good.

Had a bathroom sink clogged. Called JM. They show up, try to snake it for 5 minutes, tell me they need another tool, tell me to call Roto-Rooter then leave. In and out in 5 minutes. No real explanation.

Wait. What? I guess this was not a quick 5 minute/$175 job so JM decided he didn't want to bother.

I had to wait another day to get a qualified plumber out to come fix a clogged sink. Took him 45 minutes.

Why show up, no explanation, waste my time, then tell me to call Roto-Rooter?

This plumbing company is a joke, when you call and make an appointment and you expect them to be there at the time you made the appointment for. Instead what they do they show up an hour early and dont even knock on the door. Then you call their office to see what happened or what is going on and the old lady answering phones is rude and they wont explain nothing you try and ask something and she will tell you that the plumber has moved on to another call. I would not recommend this plumbing company at ALL.

Michael was fantastic. I left him a message over the weekend, he called first thing on Monday, and came by in no time. He took my information over the phone, and knew exactly what he needed to do when he got to our home. Very polite and informative. Will definitely call again when I have any other problems.

Great guy. Does it all, installs toilets, sinks, garbage disposals, etc... fixes everything too. Made an appointment last week for 8am this morning,, and he showed up exactly at 8am. Unclogged toilet, fixed leaking underneath sink problem, and gave a few suggestions for the future. Have used Jerry in the past, always reliable and does good work.

Want an honest guy and top quality work? Call Mike Moreland. Yup Mike--son of Jerry who has long since passed- this company has been around forever- Jerry used to do all the plumbing for my mother (long gone too unfortunately) so no one stays in business 50 plus years unless they are good. You call mike and he shows up. On time. Not-/ "" somewhere between 12-5... nope - he'll give you a time and be there.

I've used him for nuisance stuff-- plugged drains, toilet replace, junk stuff. I just did a major water heater replacement, 75 gallons, ugh. Yup, costly. So right before Thanksgiving it starts leaking. Fortunately we had planned to be away - so I call mike and tell tells me how to turn of the water ( I'm not Tim the Tool Guy). I tell him we are home Monday- so he says he'll be there 9 am -- he was and did some measuring... anyway they finished by 11:30 (they had to pick up the new tank). Anyway. Perfect.

Use Mike. Don't despair. He's your guy

Jerry Moreland Plumbing saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. I have a hot water circulating pump that broke, and when I called Cabrillo Plumbing they came out and gave me an estimate of $2700 to replace it. Even my $600 Bush refund wouldn't touch this bill so I told them to take a hike. Someone mentioned Moreland Plumbing and to put it briefly, Mr. Moreland was professional, pleasant, and very reasonable. The cost was $475 and the work was excellent. Now I have $125 left over from George W and I can have that bikini wax I've been wanting. :) Seriously, the guy was excellent. I'd call him again. It's nice to deal with someone who is fair and honest.
