We recently moved into a new (to us) home and had a draining issue. Called Jerry late on a Sunday, explained the situation and he relayed what he thought might be the issue. Set up a time for him to come out on Monday.
Jerry gave me a call when he was on his way, came out, assessed the situation, gave me very fair and reasonable quote, and got started right away. Jerry and his crew were fast, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way.

Being in a new neighborhood it was nice finding the right people for the job right away, Jerry and his team will be our first call for any plumbing issues from now on.

This man was courteous, eager to help, and reasonable. He came out on a Saturday evening after I called him about water in my basement. We inspected it together and reached some conclusions. He refused to accept any payments until actual work was done, and would not do any work until he knew what the problem was...others I know from experience will jack hammer up a concrete slab and rip the walls apart trying to find the problem and then charge you for the labor and damages when they still can't find it. Honesty and integrity have no price, and I will definitely call this man again in the future.

I am happy to be able to give five stars to Bryant Plumbing. I was very pleased with the response time and Bryant's flexibility in scheduling according to MY needs, not theirs. He performed the needed work quickly and efficiently. I was confident that he knew what he was doing. He did not charge me an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money! His price was reasonable. I feel that I can trust Bryant Plumbing with future repair jobs, and he will be my go-to in the future. He was polite. He knows how to do business with people. I recommend Bryant Plumbing.
