Jerome returned my call quickly, showed up on time, gave a very fair quote, and had great ideas for us to pursue. Friendly, expedient, and above all very very good service. He updated valves in both bathrooms, replaced faucets, replaced toilets and found where the previous toilet was installed poorly and why shims were needed. All in all a truly great experience!! He is now one of my saved contacts as a trusted service provider.

Jerome was incredible. He came right out to give us a quote on repairing our shower valves. He quoted us a fantastic price and so we asked him to quote other repairs.
We hired him based on price and how easy it was to communicate with him.
Once work was completed, he walked us through his repairs, he walked us through the pricing (with receipts), and he cleaned up after himself.
He is now our new plumber on call. Excellent all around!!

Called Jerome on Tuesday afternoon, he showed up at my house same day , did a free estimate of the jobs and we spent all day on Thursday fixing all the things I wanted to get done. (It was not an urgent request, and we got everything done within 48 hours)

Jerome also went with us to Home Depot to pick up the missing pieces, no extra charge (included in the original estimate). We appreciate all the work he's done and definitely would recommend him to friends and family, and future projects.

The cost is very competitive as well.

Made an appointment to meet at a home we had in escrow at the time. We also had to schedule a realtor to meet us to let us into the home. He did not show up. May do great work but I will never know.

I had a great experience with Jerome Archuleta

Needed a broken faucet replaced. I bought a replacement beforehand at Home Depot. He arrive on time, and gave me a reasonable estimate. After he disassembled the broken faucet, we realized the new faucet was 2 or 4 hole, but the sink fit a 1 or 3 hole faucet. Jerome actually went with me to Home Depot to find one that fit, and he did NOT charge me extra for the extra time! I would definitely hire him again as a plumber.
