Jerms replaced my leaking water heater. Came out to our house quickly and assessed the situation. They explained the scope of the job clearly and showed me several choices using an Ipad. On the day of the job they sent texts to let me know when they would arrive and then showed up on time. That alone differentiates them from the pack! They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Beware of their dishonest price bait and switch practice. Count on hundreds of dollars for first ""diagnostic"" visit. They will quote a super low price on the phone but that is just to show up! For plumber to see what is the problem, a separate steep charge is added. Good luck if you need parts. Avoid.
