Horrible customer service. Kept asking for more money but wouldn't ask in person while he was there, he would have one of his employees text and ask for more money. When we decided to find a new plumber half way through the bathroom piping job (1000 in and him asking for another 1000) we coincidentally found a nail hammered into one of the pipes after he left. It was in a place there was no reason for a nail to be and where we would've never seen it had out new plumber not found it.

Called. Told him what my plumber friend advised that needs fixing (he couldn't fix bc he works full time for a conpany). Jeremy giggled after every sentence as I told him exactly what needs to be done. An easy 30 minute weld and cap on 2 copper pipes. Giggled and said he's not interested. Could have been an easy $100 on a 30 minute job. Wow.

Did a great Job on my repair. Needed a new emergency shut off valve and he did it next day. Cool dude and professional.

Wow! Hire this guy ! !

I was closing on my home in Friendswood and had a punchlist item to get several problems with the kitchen faucet and under-sink plumbing fixed prior to closing. A quick phone call to "Jeremy the Plumber", a text message of my address, and he had it completely fixed before I could even get over there.

You know the old saying: 1) fast, 2) quality, 3) cheap . . . pick two of the three? Well, Jeremy the Plumber GIVES YOU ALL THREE !

I highly recommend this honest, quality plumber.

Jeremy the plumber, not giving his last name, but I know it, and I recognize his logo here. BEWARE of this guy: shoddy work, demands more and more money well before job is done, and wants cash over a check. Did use dexpiping through out entire inside repipe, BUT did NOT strap them down, come to find out all water pipes are dangling LOOSE , sticking out of sheetrock. Another plumber made me aware of this bad work, said NO end connection was strapped down, and said unless cut out and redone, they will probably leak in the future. I'm 67and do not have money to fix, as I paid Jeremy $6000. This was Dec 2018 over a 3 week period (works slow too). Too late for me, but hope to save others this pain and disappointment.

Hands down the best plumber out there! Fast and very affordable. He will always be my go to for any plumbing needs! Changed my gas line valve to my stove and was so helpful with the information he gave. Excellent service.

I can not get Jeremy to return my calls once the city told me about the bellies in the drain line he installed. I am trying to find out if he is going to correct the problem? It was supposed to be a 5 day job going to 4 weeks now. With low spots left in the yard that are a mess. He is a nice guy and is probably great for small jobs and emergencies. I think that my drain line replacement my have been to big of a job for him and he maybe he should have turned it down. I may have to hire someone else to correct the job. Very disappointed that he won't call me back and let me know.
