Recently we had a kitchen water faucet and Garbage disposal installed by Jensen's team; Nick Cozzi was assigned for the installation of both items. Nick was a true professional, he did a fantastic job and in a timely manner. We have used Jensen's services in the past and have been tremendously satisfied with their level of service, workmanship and professionalism. It's refreshing to see that customer support is still evident.

Terrible service. Two employees did not know how to do installations so had to call in a third employee, who also wasn't sure about what to do. People did not come back to work on job without being called over and over. The project took much longer than planned. The time and materials quote that we were given was not upheld because the person we mainly worked with was fired. Terrible customer service. Company blames all issues on customers.

We used Jensen's for both heating and plumbing and they did a wonderful job and they quoted us a lower price than all five of the other companies that I called. Not only that, but they were extremely thorough in checking everything and asking questions. Jensen's reviewed everything carefully and actually tested it and saw that everything was working fine.
The company All Seasons had seen a tiny rust spot and told us to replace a bunch of parts that would have been $600, but Jensen's actually tested the furnace and saw that everything was fine. Turns out the rust spot was from a leak the previous owners had fixed a long time ago.
After two superior jobs done by Jensen's, we now have a company we will always trust and recommend. I don't know who paid these people to write so many bad reviews? Jensen's is awesome!

Expensive and no quotes or estimates given. They charge $15.00 for ""truck charge"" to a local senior resident in addition to the $140.00 labor. Ridiculous.

Awful quote. Wanted to charge about $240 an hour just to come to my house.... just to leave their company to come to my house.... I think not. Black diamond all the way. Change your prices jensens!

Giving one star because giving 0 stars is not an option. Dishonest crooks. Sold us refurbished furnace in 2010 representing as new. Repairs now cost us $700 which should have been covered under warranty!
