We had a pipe burst under our house (60-80yr old plumbing) and reached out to many plumbers. Most were too busy and the big guys from Madison with the green trucks showed up with an attitude and refused to go in our crawlspace to do the repairs. Don't call them the guy was a jerk.

Jensen answered the call on a Thursday. Rick showed up on Friday, looked it over and sent an estimate by email within hours. He said they could be here on Monday.
Three guys showed up at 7:30 monday morning, ran all new PEX under our house and re-piped our water pump. They were done by 1pm.

The guys were all very polite and courteous. They finished ahead of the labor estimate and saved us over $300.

I will definitely recommend Jensen to anyone looking for a plumber.

We have had the new owners of Jensen Plumbing and Heating at our house on two different occasions. They installed our new heating and air conditioning units and at a later date a new water softener. We are very happy with our new equipment and installation. Our heating and air conditioning is much more effective and efficient. Our water softener has made a big difference in our water quality. I recently called Jensen Plumbing to fix my badly leaking shower, and they were able to send Al to my house by the afternoon. He called about 30 minutes before arriving to let me know when to expect him, which I appreciated. Al was quickly able to evaluate the problem and replace the old, corroded part, as well as fixing a toilet and a sink leak within the same visit. He was also able to answer all of my questions, which was very helpful and important to me. I will not hesitate to call Jensen Plumbing in the future.

We hired Jensen to work on Plumbing and Heating for our new addition. Tim, the contractor for our HVAC is stellar! Great guy and they did great work! Very satisfied so far on the work they did for HVAC. The guys were even singing and cleaned up after themselves! As far as the plumbing side, I would not recommend. The guys had to be called back twice to correct errors my husband found and he is not even a plumber. They also left a mess everytime! Random PVC laying here and there and don't clean up! I would recommend the HVAC side, but unfortunately am unable to give the Plumbers a good review. When I called to find out a quote to come back and finish the job I was told by Rick, the contractor for plumbing it would be 3 weeks or longer....for a quote on work you already started?!! Not happy!

Last year I had a number of plumbing calls through them. I was always well satisfied as far as time frame, services and cost. I am handicapped and they are always very accommodating of this fact.
Yesterday my furnace would not run, I had an appointment out of town so the first appoint I could set was today. This was the first time I had needed service for my furnace since they were here on the septic issue. Mt prior satisfaction made it easy to choose who I would have do the work.
I was very happy with the service techs job. He was very efficient and even changed the furnace filter from my supply. Showed me the old filter & took it out to my garbage.
I have told others how happy I am with them.

Thank you, Jensen Plumbing. This is our second time using them and I could not have a higher recommendation. We needed to replace an out-of-production kitchen sink and they were persistent in locating one for us. Great customer service from the owner, plumber, installer. I won't ever call anyone else.

Called the ""emergency"" phone line last night and someone answered who promised me that they would call back immediately at 7AM to schedule someone to come over to look at why my basement was filling with water. To say the least I was distraught. He promised me they'd call. Yep....now 7:05 PM...and no call back. Thanks for nothing Jensen Plumbing. Word of mouth is great advertising....Call Pauli Plumbing. Awesome service and Charlie went the extra mile to have a customer for life. Don't waste your time with Jensen
