Jennings came out a bit later than I had expected for the ""first call of the day""...11:30 am or so, but their service was impeccable and I really appreciated my guy who arrived from Jennings to do the work.

Sean P. was polite, knowledgeable, explained to me what was wrong with my AC system, and took care of the problem in the least-costly way possible. He could have told me that the problem was the worst of the 3 scenarios he posited was the problem, and how would I have been the wiser to know that he was not telling the truth? Instead the scenario turned out to be the least expensive of the problems he had outlined and I was grateful for his honesty.

Sean also told me of a decent deal they have for two tune-ups a year and I did buy that service, which dropped my service call by 50% for the visit! After some pretty bad to downright atrocious service I've had with 2 other local HVAC providers, Jennings came out smelling like a rose and I'd definitely recommend them for others who need quality work done and are tired of flakey and non-professional HVAC companies. I'm sticking with them from now on. Thanks, Jennings!

Jennings came out to try and determine why our furnace failed to operate after being serviced by another company. They were diligent and worked very hard to figure out the problem. It was narrowed down to two issues. One involved the purchase of a part the other did not. We opted to see if the problem could be solved without the purchase and thankfully it has worked so far. Both the service techs were very good and didn't try and hard sell us. With all this cold weather we are grateful that Jennings has helped our family and home stay warm and safe.

I recently had to have my furnace replaced. My wife went with this company. They had a decent price, I think. The guy that came to install it seemed nice enough.

Little did I know that the work order was to replace my thermostat with it. I have a really nice programmable one. What they gave me was not. When I asked the installer for my thermostat back but he stated he couldn't return it because he already threw it out. The only thing he had with him was his van and my trash can in the driveway. After a few moments of insisting I get it back he insisted that it was too late since he claims to have already thrown it out. The thermostat he installed has the company name and phone number on it. This is clearly the only reason they replace them and toss yours. They don't even bother to ask if it's okay when yours is clearly a superior device.

We recently after extensive research made the decision to purchased a retractable awning from Jennings Heating & Cooling. First of all it is important to mention that the quality of the awnings sold by Jennings is everything they promised but what sets Jennings apart from the competition is the outstanding service

We have received numerous compliments from our friends on the awning which we truly enjoy using it has given us a great place to enjoy the Ohio summers with friends and family, we have only heard positive comment about our awning which is always a great thing!

Reliable and honest service. Very professional. They back their product 100% with longer warranty than any local company I have researched. I managed to get $86 per month payments which are manageable. Most local companies fixed payments were averaging $150-200 for lesser quality boiler furnaces.

Jennings installed my furnace almost 5 years ago. It has a five year parts and labor warranty. It was making too much noise for about the lat year, so I called to have service. The serviceman was reluctant to honor the warranty because I had my annual service done by another company. I had to call their office and complain to get my furnace fixed under warranty. Keep your receipts!
