I had a clogged sewer line, so I gave him a try since I had seen his van in the neighborhood. He fixed the problem, but charged three times what I normally would pay ($280). I would not use him again.

I called Eddie on a Sunday afternoon on a bitterly cold day because I had no heat in my kids' bedrooms and a frozen pipe to the faucet in my kitchen sink (no water flowed from the hot spigot). The whole house was chilly because even in the rooms in which I had heat, the baseboard heaters were only warm, not hot, and therefore not heating the house sufficiently. Eddie arrived within a few hours --on a SUNDAY NO LESS--and by the time he left, had not only restored heat to the freezing bedrooms, but gotten the kitchen pipe unfrozen and gotten the entire house warmer. The cold bedrooms have been an annual issue for us since we bought the house 7 years ago, and our usual plumbers have never been able to explain what the problem is or really fix it. They were here two weeks ago and managed to get heat going in only one bedroom, and said they thought the other bedrooms would warm up within a day, which they never did. Eddie explained the problem, and proposed a long-term plan to remedy the issue. He was polite and very competent. I couldn't be happier, and will never use my former plumber again.

I urge you guys to consider the other bad review and mine. I would not use this plumber even for simple jobs. It's not worth the risk.

Yes, he might be able to fix your simple plumbing problem but there is a good chance that he won't and create a lot of more water problems for you. Imagine the headache and stress on top of your already busy lives. It's not worth it. That's what happened to me and my mother's place. I looked at the other favorable reviews and gave this guy a chance. It was a disaster. He kept trying something else which didn't work yet still charged me for every attempt.

On top of it all, his prices are extremely high. I think he's trying to get as much money from new unsuspecting customers as possible. And if you happen to do use him, please post your experience here.

I am the Chef at The Montauk Club and needed a fryer hooked up.
I called the 2 plumbers we usually use and they both wanted around 100 dollars to tell me how much it would cost to install.
Fuck that!!!
Eddy told me 200 with out me paying him for the pleasure of paying for a quote. He did the job quickly and for a little less then 200. I'll call him first next time.

Excellent service. I called them when I was having a problem. It was right after Hurricane Sandy and they came immediately and fixed the problem at a very fair price. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I reccommend you to pick another company if your having trouble with your boiler. I called them up to fix a problem. When they got to my house, I asked them if they could check all of the working parts in case something else could also be causing the problem. I was told it was unnecessary. They fixed it for a day basically because there was another problem. But according to them I had multiple problems, I asked for a price and it was extrememly high. I told them thanks, I'll get back to them. Fortunately someone in my family happened to have the phone number of the person who initially installed the boiler. They fixed my problem immediately, told me the other part that Jennifer's plumbing said had to be replaced was fine. My boiler works perfectly now. I would not trust this company.

My boiler died on Friday afternoon, called Jennifer plumbing and heating they came right away. Had them remove and install for me a new boiler Saturday which was amazing since most plumbers would leave it till the during the week. Amazing work very very happy I have heat and didn't need to suffer in the cold. They are the best priced, did an Excellent job. Highly satisfied.

Definitely would like to highly recommend, great pricing , very prompt service, clean. Thank you Jennifer plumbing for keeping me warm. Definitely will always be a repeat customer.
