Save yourself the trouble and hire a licensed plumber! I am fairly confident with most DIY projects, but I about flooded my house when I attempted to replace a faucet without realizing the hot water valve was broke. The water shot out of the faucet and probably emptied 20 gallons of water on to my floor before I could direct the water toward the bathtub. I called Jennie plumber and they were out to the house in about 15 minutes, had the water shut off outside and helped me remedy the problem. The crazy thing was I had them out earlier in the day, but thought I could handle this project myself.

Fast. Trustworthy. Quality. Can't say enough good things about this company. Had our water heater switched out last year and this weekend had a gas emergency in a different house. They arrived 40 min after we called and worked diligently to ensure the problem was resolved properly. The tech was polite and very professional. I will recommend Jenni Plumber to everyone!

..we called on a Friday around 10 am..we reiceved the service the following Monday around 11 am
Sam replaced our water heater..the tech was very polite and nice.
I believe the cost of the replacement was high but ,being without hot water so long was a pain and we let him proceed..
The bad rating is for their absolutely dishonesty about the City permit required .
They charge a straight $200 fee without advising you that the real cost of the permit is only $41..I believe without mentioning the cost of the water heater alone almost $600..not really a name brand..all the parts..2.60 hrs with an extra of $9 for the first hr..labor costs $254.80+9. ..for a total of $1,079.96 was already including a good profit for the company..they didn't need to make it 1,279.96 for that permit costing only $41.
If we were told before the installation that $ 200 was not going to be entirely for City fees we would have gladly looked for another plumber.
We called the office during the installation they still only mentioned the entire $200 as a permit fees ..on the invoice appears entirely as permit fees..only when we were able to talk to the Building and Fire office we learned the truth.
We called back again the Jenni plumber office they finally admit what they intentionally omit to say.
We mention to them this is a fraud..the head manager hang up the phone on us ..
No transparency..no office customers service..greedy company..I hope nobody else have to spend this much money for that Permit...

We had Jenny plumber out to do a little work at my moms. Because
we were not in town. I was so afraid my mom would would be taken advantage of. A service man came out and did only what needed to be done. With out over charging an old woman. He was clean fair and very professional. Thank you Jenny plumber. And please thank your service man Paul for us. We will let all those we know Paul and Jenny plumber are defiantly who you should call when you need a plumber.

We called Jenni Plumber to install a new faucet. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and Sam called us beforehand to let us know when he went be at our house. Sam was very professional and knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions. We know he was very busy that day, but he didn't rush through the process. He left our sink and countertop area very clean, and for future plumbing needs, we will call Jenni Plumber and will request Sam again. Their prices are also very reasonable, and they quoted us a price range over the phone, so we had no surprises.

Noel just finished fixing a spigot in our backyard. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and was willing to answer all my questions as I watched him work. I did not know that I could request specific plumbers to complete work at my house. Now that I know that, I'm going to make sure to request Noel every time. Our water heater sprung a leak so I called Jenni Plumber. We have used them in the past for some large and small jobs...very professional no matter the project. We had called in the morning and the sheduler was super helpful is getting our job on the board and done the same day. Noel arrived on time and with the new water heater thus saving time. He proceeded to disassemble the old unit and explaining the process as he went. Noel was very mehodical and efficient incorporating the latest code changes as our old heater had been installed a number of years. When the job as complete he explained the inspection process, the warranty and the operation of the unit. The work space was cleaned up and the old unit loaded into his truck for disposal. All in all we are happy with the new water heater and the professional attitude of Noel. Be sure to ask for him for your plumbing needs.
