Noel just finished fixing a spigot in our backyard. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and was willing to answer all my questions as I watched him work. I did not know that I could request specific plumbers to complete work at my house. Now that I know that, I'm going to make sure to request Noel every time. He provided excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Our water heater sprung a leak so I called Jenni Plumber. We have used them in the past for some large and small jobs...very professional no matter the project. We had called in the morning and the sheduler was super helpful is getting our job on the board and done the same day. Noel arrived on time and with the new water heater thus saving time. He proceeded to disassemble the old unit and explaining the process as he went. Noel was very mehodical and efficient incorporating the latest code changes as our old heater had been installed a number of years. When the job as complete he explained the inspection process, the warranty and the operation of the unit. The work space was cleaned up and the old unit loaded into his truck for disposal. All in all we are happy with the new water heater and the professional attitude of Noel. Be sure to ask for him for your plumbing needs.

I was referred to Jenni Plumber by a friend, so I was comfortable that I would be treated fairly. They came on-time and did a fine job installing my new water heater. My low 2-star rating is due to the fact that I was completely gouged on the price. I was charged $1,148.20 for a new 40 gal. unit, installation and a permit. Not only was the cost of the water heater totally overpriced, but the invoice (which I was never given and had to call twice to have emailed to me) was padded with a $200 Clark County Permit fee. I did some research after the fact, and found out that Clark County charges only $77 for the permit. The Jenni Plumber rep I spoke to on the phone said the extra $123 was for their time. Wow. To add insult to injury they never even arranged for a county inspection, nor did they have the courtesy to inform me to do so. Not ethical business practices going on at Jenni Plumber.

I use Jenni Plumbing for my real estate company.
Today 9:30 p.m. all the bathtubs and showers backup up with sewage at my own house. I called their dispatch at 8:00 pm and John was here in 30 minutes spent about 45 minutes snaked out the front sewer line and all is back to normal. Jenni knows everything about plumbing and she's always patient. Answering all of my questions, but tonight I was desperate!! Thank you, Jenni Plumbing & John. This company always does a good job and their prices are really fair, and all the plumbers are good. I highly recommend them.

Terrible company. Had a faucet installed and in less then a year, it was loose and flopping all around. First install was done improperly, and of course the guy who installed it isn't with them anymore. Had to pay a second time to have it fixed properly. Won't ever use them again and suggest you find a reputable plumber, not this one!

Was told by one plumber gas water heater needed to be replaced price around 3 grand. The boys from JInny plumbers came out replaced check valve charged me 275.00. These are the Plumber's I will be using

We've used them three times now.

The first two times weren't emergencies, so we scheduled visits the next day, and each time the technician would call and give us a 30 minutes heads up on arrival, and always within the allotted time frame we were told to expect them.

When we did have an issue that needed to be fixed asap, while another company told us to wait until next week (what?! right?) Jenni Plumber said they were sure they could send someone later that day, and they did, of course with a call letting us know someone was coming.

This, and the wonderful receptionist service on the phone, make dealing with them so much more pleasant.

As for the plumbers themselves, they were always very nice and courteous and were very knowledgeable about what the problems were, possible solutions, as well as just information on how things work (always curious, so was bombarding them with questions.)

I could not recommend Jenni Plumber more to another person.

Had a Manablock issue. All I can say was...the tech was on time, knowledgable and repaired what was wrong quickly, efficiently and with plenty of detail. I consider that perfect service. I would call again. Thanks

I was very impressed with this company. I have a Manabloc water valve system and I had it replaced by them. They are the best in Las Vegas to fix this system. Dustin was professional and did a great job. All my calls to the office were positive. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
