They replaced our water heater. An this is the mess they left for us to clean up. They been around along time, but I will never use them again and I'm letting everyone I know how uncaring they really are. I've sent them to emails and they are yet to respond

After 2 repair visits by another company when both repair people ""man-splained"" and didn't fix the problem, I called Jenks. They came out the same day (12/23) and left after the problem was completely fixed. The repair person was great! He was very respected and was a good listener. He quickly diagnosed the problem that the others had missed. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. As a result my furnace is now fully functioning and heating my house better than ever! I strongly recommend them!

Had them out to clean a main pipe filled with tree roots. A few months later I have water backing up there again. They got me in last minute and did the second job free of charge. I had another plumbing service out earlier that same day for a toilet issue. Guy left the water on. Jenks noticed and shut it off for me. Saved me a heck of a mess. Will be using them again!

These people have a great reputation however I had a horrible experience with them. Brand new kitchen floor about 1000 for everything. The plumber flooded my kitchen. Accident. ...Ok fine...fix it. Called them they came right out and took pictures. Never heard from them again. Phone calls emails...
