Spoke with Kimber in the office who connected me with Eric who problem-solved with me to remedy a hot water problem. Eric showed up on time and installed a supplemental Bosch hot water system that works great and eliminates the wait for hot water with the Rinnai system. Everyone should get one of these.

I had an appointment for one of their service reps to come to my house between 9 and 11 am. When he had not arrived by 11:00, I called to get an update. Shortly thereafter, the service rep called to see why he was coming. This I had clearly explained when I called for the appointment. Jenkins had installed a tankless water heater at my new home and I wanted them to show me how to open it and use it. He told me he would not come and do that. He said it was set up and I didn't need to know how to open it. I also asked if it was their normal procedure to call after I had waited 2 hours for them to come. He hung up on me. So much for customer service.

Based on today's performance, 1 star is probably more than this Plumbing Company deserves. I had an appointment for a plumber to come out to change the garbage disposal under my kitchen sink. The appointment was for between three and four, the plumber showed up around 3:20 which was really nice, he even called before he came to make sure somebody was there to let him in. so far no problem, The problem started after I left, my son was there with the plumber, and without any paperwork, notes information whatsoever the plumber left and did not even change or fix the disposal. he just looked at it while I was here, and Said you have a crack in the Disposal. when I got home from picking up my youngest son at school I come home to find the sink still filled with water, a pool of water under the sink, and water all over the kitchen floor. None of which was there prior to me leaving, or prior to him coming out. I looked for any information as to why he left without fixing the disposal unit, and there was none. He didn't inform my son he was leaving, he didn't leave any information as to why he didn't finish the job, he just left. I called him on the number that I was given from his caller ID. and he said to me that he needs to get permission to do the job, so I will have to then reschedule another visit for him to come out and do the job. I was under the impression that when I called the company and said I need my disposal unit replaced and or fixed, that was the permission that he needed. I don't understand I waited a week to get him to come out here, and now he informs me via cell phone and I need to call the office in the morning to set up yet another appointment to have the job completed. I want to thank Jenkins plumbing and the plumber for leaving the mess in my kitchen. I will also inform any of my friends who may need a plumbing service to perhaps not call this company based on the service I received today. It was totally unprofessional of this guy to basically bend down to look at the unit, say yep there's a crack, and then not do anything but make a mess. Well done Jenkins Plumbing! (Sarcasam)
