Mr. Curtis has over 35 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He installed a brand new flush valve and tank to bowl gasket for the master bedroom toilet, a drop in sink for the guest bathroom, and a brand new faucet & drain for the kitchen sink. Mr. Curtis showed up right on time to get the job done. The prices were very reasonable and he got the job done in a timely manner. Mr. Curtis is a true professional and I highly recommend Jenkin's Plumbing Company.

Not reliable at all. Came out to fix a wall leak behind a brand new house that was completed Nov. well problem was they caused another problem. Left the house found out that they did not put the hot and cold on correct and the handle and the faucet wiggles like crazy. Wanted to blame the other guy who came out to fix the first time and said he only had time to fix the hot and cold issue. Rescheduled. Well they call at 1030 saying he cannot make it bc he doesn't have correct ladder. Called plumber said that he needs ladder and another helper like he said in the beginning. This will be number 4 times coming out for same problem. Apt was between 8-10 and 1230 and still not here.

Built new house. Found their work to be sloppy. Did not clean up after themselves. Also, did not use my shower heads, sink drains, etc. Had them in plain view, but they installed their equipment. Had to have them back out to remove and replace with ones I already purchased. Still not sure if I have been credited back for the ones they put in from their shop. Installed dishwasher, had to come back because they did not put the skirting around it. Debra S.

Having my driveway extended and the concrete guys hit my main waterline to my house. I was at work........hours later I got home and found this break in the main line. I started calling plumbers around the area. No one answered nor have they called back. I called Jenkins they answered let me know it would be a higher rate for after hours and sent someone quickly. He arrived within an hour of my phone call. His name was Curtis he was nice he didn't mind my boys running around and asking questions. One hour later my house had water again. I will definitely call them back next time. And in my case in Richmond Hill they were the only ones to answer or call back.

Called and told them we have a well that the breaker is on and has not flipped and we have no water. I was told someone would be there at 12pm after 3 hours of waiting I called at 2pm and they said the guy is 30 mins out and on the way around 3:30 someone finally showed up to tell me that they do not work on wells!!!!!! Will never call them again for anything!

My whole house stopped draining, so I called Jenkins Plumbing. They where willing to come later that day but I had to pay after hours fees ($250) only to take a.look. I said that I could wait until the next day. The office person was supposed to call me. I called about noon the next day and I got the same answer. We only have space after hours. The closes appointment during normal hours was a week away.( With not toilet or shower). I call 3 other plumbers after that. 2 told me there only doing inside jobs. The 4th person told me to call the water company first because it looked like the problem was in the street. I did this and he was right. The water company came one hour later and found the clogged line and it has nothing to do with our house . It did not cost us anything.. Thank you to the honest plumber for telling us to call the water company first. Shame on Jenkins Plumbing to try get $250 out of desperate people.

Worst plumbing company in the world. Cant diagnose a toilet back up properly, Been here 8 times still cant use the toilets. Owners just make excuses and blame on someone else. Call a real plumber
