Terrible experience! One star to Generous! He over-talks and interrupts, is condescending and downright misogynistic. I tried to enlist his assistance in a project that involved a simple addition on a gas line for a fire pit (I'm in landscape design/installation). Everything above board with permits and additional permits required for additional work. He actually told me I didn't understand the fire pit and outdoor kitchen THAT I designed and BUILT lol. When I calmly told him his understanding of the fire pit was incorrect, he just hung up in my ear. This was a 100k plus project. This guy is an arrogant pos. I can't say enough about his unprofessional demeanor! Call Marines Plumbing. They're wonderful!

I called Jenkins after worrying about a gas smell outside the the house. They were very thorough, inspecting and testing every possible cause. Everything was okay, but I was assured that the technician knew exactly what he was doing. The service visit charge was very reasonable given the amount of time spent.

I worked with Will Jenkins and his company to design and install entire water/drain plumbing and gas systems throughout a luxury home my company built in Falls Church recently. His pricing was either competitive with or comparable to numerous other bids received, his demeanor was courteous and professional, and his attitude was helpful and consistent throughout the experience. Building a custom-designed non-cookie-cutter house presents all sorts of challenges and he helped us meet them all. His extensive knowledge and firm advice toward proper pipe/fitting sizing was key in ensuring adequate flow of water and gas. His customer-service attitude and reliable attendance made it a pleasure to work with him. Not once did he fail to show up without sufficient notification. Even after he was paid in full for the project, he remained available over the phone to answer questions related to the project. All county inspections related to his work went smoothly to completion. My first-impression instincts were part of the reason why he was selected for the work, and they were proven right. Will is interested in building relationships with fair/respectful, quality-conscious customers and things worked out great for us. We will be working with him in the future.

Will at Jenkins is great! I called Will with a semi-emergency plumbing issue (the water main coming into the house was leaking at a connector). The constant drip was a serious concern and we had no idea if it was going to get worse right away. Will answered his phone immediately and being in the area (en route to another job already scheduled elsewhere) quickly rushed over to take a look. He assessed the situation and told me honestly that it was a serious issue that should remedied quickly. Not having time to do the job himself at that moment, he instructed us what the issue was and to call another plumber immediately. He said if one could not come out, he would come back early the next morning (on a Saturday). Well as it turns out, no one else could come, and that was just fine, because early the next morning Will came over and took care of the job quickly and professionally. His estimate was not the cheapest but he told me exactly what he was going to do, wrote the estimate up front and did the work exactly as he said (the final bill came in under the original estimate that I agreed to). What more can you ask from a contractor. I will contact him for future work, you should too.

This spring we decided to put in a new gas line for a gas stove. We chose Jenkins Plumbing and Gas to do the job. Throughout the entire installation Will was very reliable and honest. He was easy to reach, came when he said he would, had reasonable prices, and was almost eager to explain exactly what he was doing throughout the entire installation process. When he was done installing the gas line he was very helpful in setting up the various safety inspections required from the county, and made sure to follow up on their recommendations. We are happy with are new gas stove and are pleased with the job Will Jenkins did, and we would be willing to use his services in the future for other projects.

Very positive experience working with Will from Jenkins plumbing. Had quite a large plumbing repair requiring underground excavation. His estimate came in thousands below some of the other larger companies in the area. The work was completed without any problem and at the original price quoted. In reading some of the other reviews, I would just say that this is a smaller operation than your regional/national companies, but his price was very fair and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

Unlike the other two reviews for this company I actually worked with Will. I called Jenkins Plumbing and Gas and discussed with Will that I was looking for someone to install natural gas on my deck for my grill. We discussed a little on the phone what I needed and we scheduled a time for the following afternoon to meet at my place so he could take a look at my existing lines. He was 15 minutes early and was there before I was. He spent an hour with me just going through options as we looked at the existing lines and under my deck to get me the best options and determined how much gas flow I had so we knew what I could actually support on my deck (looking for grill and gas fireplace hookups). I scheduled with him for a couple days later to have the actual work done. Once again, he was there waiting for me when I got home from work. He explained to me everything he was doing, what the code was and why he was doing what he was doing. He even made a point to show me his licenses (can't recall any licensed contractor ever making that additional effort) for the work. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done as well as him taking the time to explain things numerous times. There is no doubt that I will recommend him to any of my neighbors looking for this type of work.
