My experience with Jemco Plumbing was a good one. They came when scheduled, they fixed the problem and Kevin who came to do the work was courteous and answered any question I had. He also gave some insights as to what may or may not happen in the future No complaints here.

I called Jemco on a saturday morning to have my main sewer snaked out. The owner showed up to do the work. He did get the sewer un-clogged, but he also tracked sewage all through my basement, and ripped the drain out of the concrete. He finished by handing me a bill for $525. On Monday, I called 3 other plumbers. The charges ranged from $85 - $100. One didn't even charge a service fee. If you feel like paying 3 times more than you should, this is the plumber for you. You have been warned

Called them to have a backed up toilet issue cleaned out, they charged us $675 to clean it out and left us with a huge poop mess in the basement, when we asked about how we were to clean it up they told us it was on us and we had to clean up ourself, and the toilet is still clogged up

Had Jemco com snake out a backed up drain in our basement on a Wednesday, they charged over $400 once they finished the work. I came home from work on Friday and our basement was backed up again! I called the company and they refused to come check out the problem again unless I agreed to pay $250 for them to come back out. Don't use this company if you want you issue fixed!

I called the emergency number on a Sunday night around 7:30. I never received a return call. I ended up calling a different plumber, who promptly called me back and resolved my problem.
