We had an emergency at our office that required a new piece of equipment to be installed, but first we needed a plumber to come in and do some work. James answered the phone immediately and was able to come down in less than 15 minutes. He was able to complete the work in less than 1 hour from the time of the first call, which is unbelievable when it usually takes a plumber 2-3 hours at best just to come out. I would highly recommend Jem Plumbing again. Ask for James.

Very responsive! During the hottest week of the year last summer, JEM made sure to come right out to diagnose my AC problem and within 2 days installed a new unit. James and his team worked around my schedule to make sure everything got done quickly. I would definitively recommend them and will be using them again for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Ask for James, he's awesome. He spent a long time fixing my 30 yr-old furnace even though it was getting replaced (by him) the following week. He really went above and beyond his job, and was always happy to help. I never get customer service this good!
Even though one of the problems I had was related to my wiring, and another was because of the gas company, he still came to my house to diagnose the problem, and he was really nice about it:)
