John Kelly is awesome. He came on a day's notice when my condensing boiler would not fire, got it going, and informed me as a homeowner how to trouble shoot and contact manufacturer, and said to call anytime with questions on this fancy new boiler that he did not even sell me. (My brother from down Cape put it in.) Really nice guy, and knowledgeable, and reads the manual-I like that!

John was a pleasure to work with. We have a second home in Vermont that was without a furnace heading in to late October. I was having all sorts of trouble getting anyone to call me back and schedule a date to come even look at it...until I called John. I called at 5pm in the evening, expecting to get a call back later that week. He called me at 6:30pm, and went to see the job within 2 days. The quote was very fair, and significantly below the one other person I had been able to get to look at the job.

A week and a half later, we had a new furnace and new hot water heater, 2 days ahead of schedule. John communicated with me daily, let me know of anything unexpected, and was on time and on budget. Managing repairs from afar is always a challenge, but John made it easy with great communication, including pictures. He even checked in with me 2 weeks later to make sure everything was working correctly.

I wouldn't hesitate to call John again. Truly a professional.

JEK Plumbing is a reliable, honest company. Was the only one who answered the phone on New Years Eve. I had heard of John through a friend wbo stated he did an energy efficient heating system for an affordable price. I needed a water heater because my family were coming up for a smi weekend. Happy to say JEK was there for me. We all appreciated a hot shower after a day on the slopes! Use this company.
