Ricky with JEG was awesome. The first guy was busy, so they referred me to Ricky. He identified the problem really fast, and got the job done promptly. While here, I asked him a ton of plumbing related questions. I asked him to show me my townhome water cut off and he showed me everything. So now incase of an emergency I can shut it all down. A very pleasant easy going guy that does quality work. Can't ask for anything more.

I hired Ricky on the advice of another plumber who was too busy to do our job. We had Ricky replace our old three valve bathtub system with a new Delta single turn valve while we were having some tile work done. He also recommended that we run the shower head from 6ft. up to 7ft. which is the new standard. I'm glad we did because it looks much better. I would definitely hire him again to do more work for us in the future.

He might have literally saved our lives. He came out to fix a clog (and he was able to fix it when other plumbers have tried and failed) and we asked him to look at replacing our water heater as well while he was here. He noticed that the vent on our water heater had disconnected, and was venting carbon monoxide into our home!!! He jumped up and reconnected and secured the vent.

Then he went and checked the downstairs water heater and showed me that the last plumber that replaced that water heater made a short cut with that vent and had it going to the outside wall instead of the proper vent pipe that goes to the roof. He was appalled at that, and fixed it right away.

He did great work at a reasonable price and probably saved our lives. I've now ordered a CO detector. Scary.

I had an outstanding experience with Ricky. I made a call because of a drain jam, standing water in our dishwasher, and a potential clog. He called me back within an hour or two and once I told him the issue he was very quick to diagnose and resolve it.

Ricky just completed a grueling install of a gas water heater in the second story attic, during peak August afternoon heat. Let me tell you, I have nothing but good things to say on his behalf. I especially appreciated how he itemized the initial bid and listed the cost of all the parts rather than just submit a single line item total (like some of the others did). He was a great communicator with frequent calls or texts to let me know the status and when to expect him. Every step of the way Ricky was professional and took time to explain the work he was doing.
