Honest and professional plumber with excellent communications skills! He educated us on what parts of the drainage system is owned by the city and gave some really honest advice on how we can save money on the overall job by having the city come out and do it for free rather than him charge us for it!

Ricky was awesome. I had a water leak in the freshwater line from the meter to the house due to tree roots. Ricky was able to make it out the same day to assess and repair the problem. He replaced the damaged pipes and got our water supply back up and running. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of what caused the issue, repair time, parts and warranty. I've worked with Ricky on both a bathroom and kitchen remodel as well as your garden variety stopped up kitchen sink. In all cases, he was great to work with - professional, knowledgable, on-time. The bathroom remodel was particularly tricky. The original plumber on the job abandoned it mid-job, but Ricky took the time to figure it out and got everything installed correctly. Ricky is fantastic! For one thing, he is a Master Plumber which is a hard-to-earn designation. He came to our house to replace our water heater a couple of weeks ago and did a great job and charged fairly.

The following week our kitchen disposer started shooting food out of the sink and it turned out that we had a terrible clog that we hadn't known about. Ricky came out within 2 hours and fixed it and, again, his pricing is very fair. In fact he didn't want to charge me for a full hour of his time but I insisted on paying for the full hour...its only fair. We will call Ricky any and every time we have a plumbing issue!! My son lives in Round Rock and he was having an issue with excess water flow from his toilet tank.

I called 2 different plumbing companies for an estimate. One plumber wanted to replace the whole tank and the other was charging way too much! Watch out Austin, Round Rock, and surrounding areas ...some plumbing companies want to rip you off!

Ricky came to the house promptly and he told us it was a very menial problem.He fixed it in 5 minutes! He was honest, friendly, and took care of the problem.

We had an A/C issue and he could have left to his next call. He checked the filter and went outside to see what the problem might be! He was patient in explaining what kind of company to look for and what to ask the repairman when he came.

Ricky went way beyond our expectations! If you need a plumber who is friendly, honest, explains the problem, shows you the parts that need repairing, and goes that extra step for you...call this company. You will be glad you did!

I'd called a different plumber first and they were booked, but recommended JEG. We were having problems with our water heaters and Ricky was fantastic. He's very thorough, explained everything he was going to do and why, showed me the defective parts, and labeled everything for future reference.

We had issues to with both water heaters, he got them fixed and running, but one of the new parts he installed was defective. He came back out, reinstalled the new parts and got it working at no extra cost.

Ricky did high quality work and he's honest. I highly recommend JEG plumbing.
