Had a dreaded toilet backup late Friday afternoon. Called Jeff's Westside Plumbing and they were at my home within two hours. Cleaned out the sewer line and I was good to go.....literally! Junior was one of the plumbers; he was super professional and friendly. Although I had to pay an after-hours fee, I felt the total charge was super reasonable. Thank you Jeff's Westside Plumbing!

Diagnosed why my hot water tank's pilot light kept going out over the phone. It turned out to be a known manufacturer defect of the gas control valve on my particular Rheem model. Manufacturer shipped me the new replacement part and then one of Jeff's plumbers responded the same day in a very timely and professional manner. Definitely recommend them for their customer service, competency, responsive, and value - thank you Jeff's Westside Plumbing.

We suspected a gas leak in our home and contacted the gas company for an inspection. No leak was found but they cited us for not having a termination plate installed under the gas cooktop. They gave us until the 27th to have it installed. We contacted Jeff's and was advised that they could install the plate but in order to come out they charge $120 service fee equivalent to 1 hr of labor that will apply towards the total invoice upon completion less time spent in the home upon the initial inspection. They can to the home, looked under the range, took notes for the part they'd need to order and collected our credit card number. That day the $120 was deducted from our account but time spent was about 1/2 hr. Both serviceman agreed with that assessment. They came about a week later but learned they ordered the wrong part and left right away. They returned around the 27th and seemed to be working an absurd amount of time when I asked my husband to find out what's going on. They guys said again they had the wrong part but were trying to find away to install something to avoid having our gas turned off (oh, that was the gas company's findings and cited us for lack of part and to turn gas off by 27th if not repaired). My husband quickly called the manager of Jeff's and he was very apologetic stating they had the wrong part again but were trying to remedy something to avoid a disconnection on our part. That ended with the manager, Joe, apologizing and advising we would not be charged for that day either, that they would order the correct part and return for install, and if we had any issues with the gas company to refer them their way to explain. That was agreed upon. They returned with the correct part on 1/6/23 and had it installed within or about an hour. A total invoice cost for $170 was left. We assumed they'd deduct most of the $120 for the 15 minutes they were here day one. No, they recharged our credit card for the full amount. I contacted them immediately only to be told by Joe himself that "they spent A LOT of time at our home" and justified the charge. He also denied that they use any of the initial $120 towards the total cost of the repair and that the 15 minutes they came out to write down the type of cooktop and take our credit card number warranted the $120. When he reiterated the absorbent amount of time they spent here I protested that it was all, 100%, due to them ordering the wrong part multiple times. The entire job start to finish, including the day they came out, excluding the times they ordered the wrong part took a little over an hour. Maybe 1-1/2 hours but they took $270. The part itself averages $35. Total lack of ethics and very poor business practices. They would not take cash either - perhaps they know this is so they can charge people's cards carte Blanche. At the very least they owe us a refund of $60-75. Regrets: trusting someone's word, handing over our credit card, not recording both conversations. Never again. Steer clear people and don't give these people your credit card.

The weekend before Thanksgiving and my water heater decides to leak. Left a message with Jeff's Westside Plumbing and was called early Monday morning. They worked me in on Monday and replaced my 10 year old heater with a new one. Great work, clean work. Plumber answered all of my questions. They are my go to plumbers. Period.

Jeff's gave us exceptional service from start to finish. They showed up exactly at the time they promised, finished our work quickly, cleaned up everything, all at an extremely reasonable rate. I have added Jeff's to my preferred service providers and they will be our go to plumbing resource. I highly recommend them

Jeff's charged me $5k to upgrade and replace my water heater. They said they were going to run the exhaust pipe in the wall. They didn't. They could have at least sealed the dry wall. I've used them a couple of times and every time they get sloppier and do a worse job. I can not recommend

I don't now what's happened with Jeff's.
We've called on them several times in recent years and always got good service. But this last time, it was a complete snafu. We had a problem with clogged drains which seemed to be a simple, straightforward issue. But the pair of guys who showed up insisted they had to have a camera run through the pipes and they didn't have one that would work. So I later get a call from a supervisor at Jeff's telling me to contact another company that specializes in this camera work. After a number of unsuccessful attempts to contact this other company via phone, email and their website, I contact the supervisor again in hopes that he might have a line of communication with them. He promises to contact them and then call me back. That was 4 days ago.
Meanwhile, we're still dealing with the backed-up sinks.
I called another plumbing outfit who showed up quickly and took care of the problem w/o needing their hands held by some third party.
Is Jeff's under new (not improved) management?
Weird...

I guess third time's the charm here. My bf decided to call Jay's Westside Plumbing after Roto Rooter didn't show up for days. Jay's kept their word and showed up at 4 pm on a Friday. We called them at around 1 pm the same day so that was awesome! They said they would show up before 5 pm.
Our master toilet and shower were both clogged up. They got clogged due to some heavy rains we had a while back. Our sewage system/pipes in the backyard got clogged up! The plumbers had to do most of the fixing in the backyard. It took three plumbers to get the job done! Another plumber from another place said we would have to take out the toilet in order to repair but that wasn't true. These plumbers used their tools/equipment in the backyard and were able to unclog both of them. They couldn't finish it on Friday so they came back at around 9am on Saturday. I thought it was kind of early but hey...at least they were being professional and taking the job seriously!
All three of the plumbers did a great job! They were kind and professional. Their rates are a bit more than I wanted to pay but I was glad they were able to fix this issue! I would call them again if I ever have any other plumbing issues. They take their work seriously. They also wore masks every time they had to come inside the house. I highly recommend Jeff's Westside Plumbing! They won't leave you hanging for days! They keep their word which is gold for me!

Unfortunately I make the decision of hiring this company to fix a broken pipe in the backyard of my house well huge mistake here is my experience with these people.
I ask my wife to let me know whenever these people arrived when they finally show up I stopped what I was doing to go and give instructions of exactly what I wanted to be done. I showed up to my house just to find a disturbing image of one of these guys urinating in my backyard trust me the image was not pretty at all I immediately send these guys out of my property at this point I'm just glad that my daughters our my wife were not the ones experiencing what I experienced.
Now I have a bigger problem with a job not complete, no water in my house, waste of time and overall horrible experience.
call the professionals don't risk your property or family safety.

Highly recommend. I needed a new water heater. They said it would be four days before they could install it, but then they were able to install it two days early. I appreciated getting hot water two days earlier than I thought. On top of that, the final price was cheaper than what they quoted me over the phone.
Normally when I get anything done at the house, I expect it to take longer, and be more expensive, than what I'm promised. This might be the only time in my life where it got done quicker, and cheaper. The installers were also super nice and quick. Great job!
