We had water leaking from our ceiling. I called Jeff's and they called me back right away. Came over and looked at it and it wasn't leaking and rather then cut holes in the ceiling we decided to wait and see what happens. Started leaking again and called. They fit us into their schedule, showed up at the time they said they would and found the problem and fixed it in less then 1 hour. Great service, very professional and reasonable. My biggest thing is that they call you back very quickly and show up when they say they will be there.

We recently bought a home that had a water softener previously installed by Jeff's Water about 10 years ago. I noticed iron stains on the plastic lines on the softener and the toilet tanks, so I performed a regeneration with IronOut to clean out the filter beads in the tank. After two regenerations, the water cleared up, but I thought I would give Jeff's a call since we are new to the area and they installed the water softener...might as well give them a chance to perform the service...after all, the sticker on the unit states ""call for a free estimate"". Jeff returned my call pretty quickly and I shared my situation. He agreed to meet me after I got off work at 4:30 a couple days later, even though it was after business hours for him. The first day Jeff was supposed to meet me, he called to let me know that he was caught up at another job. No problem, I thought, ...it happens. The second day Jeff was supposed to meet me at 4:30, I waited until 4:45 and then called him to make sure I hadn't mixed up the date/time. He admitted that he had thought about our appointment that morning, but he was sick and forgot. I wasn't happy...a simple phone call to let me know we needed to reschedule because he was sick would have been sufficient. So we rescheduled for a third day at 4:30. Again, no show...I called Jeff at 4:45 again and left a message. He immediately called me back to let me know that he was in town and looking for the road that lead to our house. At 5pm, Jeff showed up. We spoke about the water softener, and he tested my water for hardness and iron. He told me that this water softener could only handle 1ppm iron, and that my iron levels were at 3ppm (parts per million). He assured me that he could install a new water softener for us that would filter out the iron and said his prices were the lowest around (the sticker states the same). He quoted me $1900 for a double tank water softener, and even said he would waive the $85 service fee (news to me) if I decided to purchase within a month. At this point, I was not very happy with the whole experience, i.e. no-show, no call, surprise service fee. Jeff left and that weekend I did some research and purchased a water softener from a local Menards and installed it myself for around $700. Surprisingly the following Tuesday, Jeff called me at work and asked if I had made a decision yet. I told him that I had installed one myself, and he sounded upset. The following week, I received a bill for ""Servicing Water Softener"" for $85 plus tax. Now, I believe that people should be paid for their work *when* they work; but I also believe that testing a potential customer's water, making statements to ""call for a free estimate"" and then charging $85 for simply testing water after you failed to show up the first two times....well, that doesn't deserve my patronage, and I will never do business with Jeff's Water again. Very disappointing.

I had a simple job. Install 2 brand new faucets in a brand new kitchen and shower ( down to studs)
the kitchen...they left a mess, didn't install vent to code. dishwasher didn't work and the sink leaked they needed to come back

bathroom...
left a huge mess, shower head was not stable, nor was the face plate installed on shower head, faucet was left sticking out 2 inches. They have cone back at least 3 times and it is still not correct. They have scratched my brand new surround, sort of stabilized the shower head but it still wiggles. ""Fixed"" the gap between face plate and handle by bowing the entire wall of surround out. Refused to take responsibility for lack of quality and workmanship.
this job is still not completed so I will need to get a different plumber to complete the job as he has said he's done.
