I called Jeff and we agreed on a time frame for some plumbing repair work to be done in my home. He indicated he would call me when he was on the way to my home. He never called or showed up as he had promised. I attempted to make contact with him multiple times with no response. If this is how he runs his business, I can only imagine the type of work he does? Since I will never know, I recommend any prospective customers choose someone else, I already have.

I called Jeff, and left a message telling him my issue. Within 15 minutes he returned my call and said he could be at my place in 15 minutes. Wow, unheard of. He came out and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. Problem solved. Not too mention he was a pleasure to talk to and his experience spoke for itself. If you need a plumber, Jeff is your man, he was straight to the point with no BS. I had a water leak near my water meter; I called Jeff, he came out to my house the next day on TIME, his quote was FREE and fair, he was not able to repair the leak that day but came out the following day and fixed my water leak. In addition, he gave me a MILITARY DISCOUNT on top of his low quote. In the unfortunate event of needing a plumber in the future, I will call Jeff with no hesitation. Support local businesses.

After finding we had a leak somewhere in our bathroom, I started calling plumbers in the area. Not knowing who was reliable or reasonable, I started calling the ""big names"" first. I could not get a return call from ANY of them. Not kidding, I left numerous messages and did not even get the courtesy of a reply (White Knight Plumbing, Springer to name a few). I guess my leak was not big enough of a job to even warrant the courtesy of a ""no thanks, we aren't interested"".

I called Jeff's as I went down the line of potential plumbers. He answered his phone on the second ring, was courteous, made time for me right away, and came out the next day.

He was pleasant, honest, and fixed the problem right away.

I have an old house with wall hung toilets which are prone to leaking over time. I had Jeff out to set a new wall hung toilet and he did great. Showed up when he said he would and worked fast. But when I tried to get him back for a second wall hung toilet, he told me he would be here Tuesday at 4...and then he never showed. He then proceeded to ignore my calls and voicemails so after a few days of waiting for him, I used a different plumber.

I would not recommend him to others.

I plumber in need, is a plumber indeed.
I get a text from my daughter that water is gushing out of the kitchen drawers next to dishwasher; I'm 35 minutes away coming from work; the neighbor is over to help but can't find the water turnoff; an inch of water is in my kitchen floor. It's 5:15!
I check Google and I see a local plumber with a Yelp rating; I call; he can come by; I go from victim to saved!!
He came immediately; diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part on his truck. Sure, I got charged for emergency visit but I was glad to pay it! Thank you!
