We were supposed to have our shower replaced and they opted not to show up because we didn't answer the phone when they called. When I called to talk to the lady she was incredibly rude, yes I was pissed off, but she was combative, didn't seem to understand how upset I was, and then when I asked why they didn't ring the damn doorbell, she hung up on me cuz I 'swore.' There was a Jeff's Plumbing truck IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD...they were here and couldn't ring the doorbell. So now after we have moved everything out of our bathroom, we have to reschedule. But I think we'll be finding someone else to do the job.

I called them they came out and fixed my problem for less money than anyone else I called. I spoke to Jeff and he was straight and upfront on the cost

Called after hours for an emergency at our house, they were finishing another job and were here in 20 minutes. Knowledgeable, to the point, and affordable. Only company we will use.

I don't know what sort service this company provides ....
I interrupted the woman who answers the business phone while she was browning hamburger and got the worst customer service. Call me crazy but even if your browning hamburger wouldn't you want to be kind to customers calling to schedule an appointment?
Yah ... find a different plumber. If this is how the lady who answer the phone treats you - can you imagine when they show up to do the actual work!?! No thanks.

Worst Customer Service! We called about a plumbing problem and were told that they would get back to us...two days later still no call so I called back and asked why no one had called us yet was rudely barked at..she said ""I was told the leak had been going on for ten years' so you weren't top priority...hmmm. We had told her that work had been done 10 years ago, NOT THAT IT WAS DRAINING FOR 10 years! She was a total crab and hung up on me when I asked to talk to Jeff. I called back and she said: ""I am half owner and Jeff is too busy for you"" WOW! What a great way to conduct business! Save your money and time and go to someone else who wants your business! IF they were too busy they should have told us. And the person answering the phones needs a lesson in etiquette.

Called them to help resolve a plugged/slow moving drain. Service was prompt, and people on the phone were friendly, but that was the extent.
Service arrived next morning, and the service person managed to break off their snake in the drain, requiring him to take apart the drain. He couldn't put it back together again, so he put in a new drain after that. This caused him to snap the wood floor of the cabinet area, so that required fixes as well.
Overall, while the job overall fixed the problem, it cost 4x more than it should have because of a by-chance breakage, of which I was charged for. I had to do fixes afterwards to make it look half-decent as well. I don't recommend them for any drain cleaning, and would instead recommend A1 Snake and Drain (which I've used several times with success)

I tried to schedule an appointment with Jeff's plumbing, and what a hassle. I wanted to schedule some work to be done during an afternoon (I was going to be out of town that morning) three weeks from now, and the person who took my call was rude and not very helpful. I provided a 4-5 hour window of time that I wanted the work done (the work should take less than 2 hours ) and they ""could not promise me anything"" and went into ""can't you be there earlier, my guys go from job to job and I can't have them sit around"". Instead of working with me to figure out what would work, they were short and lacked basic customer service skills. I then I asked, so do I need to be home all day and wait, she said they would just call 15 minutes before they arrive. It was obvious my business was not important to them and I said, maybe I should just call someone else. The person on the phone said, ""you can do that"" and hung up. I sure hope their plumbers are better at their job then the company's customer service. I was able to find another plumbing company to work with me to find a block of time that worked for everyone.

My parents have used Jeff's for years and have been happy with the service. When we owned a home in Fargo they came out and actually saved us a TON of money. We had called 3 plumbers, including Jeff's. One wanted to charge us over $5000 to fix the problem. The second wanted us to rip up our floor in the bathroom, including subfloor. They estimated about $10,000. Jeff's came in and told us to go to Lowe's to get what we needed. They then fixed the issue charging us a fraction of a fraction of a fraction the others wanted. Which impressed me. But the topping was just this week they were there when my parents really needed them. My father just had brain surgery and they needed some adaptive items put in their bathtub for him to shower safely. Jeff's came out and installed it professionally the next morning after my mother called. That put my mind at ease being so far away.

Jeffs is great. We have had them out twice, they were quick and helpful and answered all of my questions and I thought they were reasonably priced. They will be getting all of my plumbing business. thanks, Jeff's

charged 130 bucks for them to come to take a look, tell me thell be right back, and screw a 50 dollar plastic spout with diverter on. Jeff said they could put a brass one on so it would hold up longer. the last one only lasted 2 years. do good work in the past but charged way to much for what was done this time. If i put in 10-20 min for every hr worked at my job I wouldnt last long. feel ripped off. Just ask the customer what dealing with and bring the part talked about. It woulda worked in this situation
