If you get a call back, you'll be lucky. I actually got Jeff on the phone and he said he'd do it the next week and to just call then. It's been 8 weeks, still haven't heard back.

Jeff must be really busy because I called to request that he look at a leaky sink and he said ""I don't have time this week"" and hung up the phone. I can't say anything bad about his plumbing (since he's not interested in doing work for me) but his customer service needs a little work. Oh well, hopefully next time I'll catch him at a better time so I can leave a more substantive review.

Excellent and timely service when our tub drain was clogged thanks to a kids toy that snuck down there. You came to the house the same morning that I called which was wonderful. Not only did you extract the object that clogged the drain but on the spot you installed the drain cover that I should have installed 13 years ago when I bought the house. When I needed you to come back the next day to adjust something with the install you came by first thing in the morning. Jeff is wonderful and a very qualified plumber.
