Our toilet backed up in a rental, our property manager had them come out to hopefully fix the problem. Water would go into the tubs when the toilets were flushed. Creating a not so nice problem, A gentleman came out on 8/8 - within a few hours of them calling me and me confirming I would be there all day as I work from home. He did his best to fix the problem, but, unfortunately, the same problem occurred the next day. Again, our amazing property management called them immediately and they called me within a couple of hours. I answered, explained the problem (the same as yesterday) and said I would be here. They called me about 40 minutes later, and I had stepped outside for a break, I called back 7 minutes later and the receptionist woman refused to send anyone out, saying she called me twice (which is true) and ""they don't have all day"" to wait. Um... what?! 7 Minutes?! I told her initially, I would be here, and yesterday I told her I work from home. So now she tells me because I didn't answer they could come out tomorrow at the earliest. So..I guess we don't have a toilet or showers until tomorrow because I missed a phone call by 7 minutes... on something that should've been fixed the day prior. Pretty inconvenient especially with 3 children and a newborn. Whoever is answering the phones has to be one of the rudest people I have met. A stark contrast to the nice gentleman that attempted to fix our toilet yesterday. He's the only reason I gave 2 stars.

You're probably better off going with any other plumber but these guys. Horrible communication. Waited for 2 weeks for them to get back to me on the follow up for a job and finally had to email them again.
Asked for a morning appt and they gave me a 5 hour window to which I didn't even get any type of response of an estimate until the guy was on his way on the last hour of the window.
Horrible communication and punctuality. Better off trying a business that cares about customer satisfaction.

I am so grateful Thomas, was able to serviced my plumbing issues several times on my property. The speed, quality, reliability and reasonable cost provided by Jeff's makes them A-1 in my estimation.

We have used this company on two occasions: once for a water heater problem & most recently, to fix a leak & replace pipes.
In both cases, the work they did was fine but their customer service was absolutely terrible.
In the first scenario, the plumber showed up at our home in the height of the pandemic without a mask. I had to ask him to put one on, which he did rather begrudgingly, but then proceeded to wear it below his nose the entire time. I thought this was especially careless & disrespectful since we had a newborn in the house, which we had explained to him.
For the second job, which took multiple days, there was almost zero communication. After the initial assessment, they showed up & started digging in our yard without letting us know they were coming. Then with no explanation, just didn't show up at all the next day (even though the yard was all dug up), and on day three, they showed up & gave about 5 minutes notice that they'd be turning the water off (something that would have been useful to know in advance).
At one point, I called to ask what the plan was & was told Jeff would call me back. He never did.
Most astonishingly, even the receptionist to this company complained about how poor Jeff was at communicating & said that when she recently needed plumbing, she went to someone else because she didn't want to deal with his rudeness.
This company is incredibly unprofessional & I do not know how they are in business. I would not recommend them.

DO NOT USE JEFF'S PLUMBING
Jeff is a bully scammer and should be charged with fraud. More people should look into the shady guy he's never been a master plumber he's only a contractor who does terrible plumbing. He scammed my 87-year-old mother out of $1,100 telling her she needed 11 ft of rotted pipe removed under her house and it only had a pinhole leak that I went under and checked and took pictures of prior to the plumber coming out. I was completely unaware she had already scheduled Jeff the following day and paid him. I called him and sent him the picture asking to see the pipe they removed he yelled at me and called me obscene names and refused to refund her any of the money. He knew an elderly lady can't get under a house so she had to take his word but he took complete advantage of her. This guy is the most immoral unethical and unprofessional to where it's sickening. When I told him I could come to his office to discuss it he threatened me and I now fear for my mother. Stay far away from this so-called company. The other reviews are spot on he shouldn't be in business

Jeff was extremely rude over the phone and I simply asked if they happened to do residential plumbing when he spoke over me in a rude tone and asked me ""WHY?"" as if this was some bewildering question, glad I don't have to work with him.

Corey and two other men with Jeff's Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the cast iron kitchen and laundry drain pipe under our home at a reasonable price. Plastic was laid from the front door to the crawl space. All workers wore masks and booties and worked tirelessly to complete the job in one day. They showed us the pipe they replaced and cleaned up when finished. We had a permit and the inspector said all new pipe was strapped up correctly with the right materials. Would I have them again? You bet!

I have recommended the company to many friends and Jeff's prices have always been less than other bids, often significantly. He can be trusted and if something doesn't my need to be done he will tell you.

J called Jeffs after reading about him when i googled for a plumber. i needed a plumber to investigate a leak that was continuing to allow the blue water dial to turn. Jeff himself answered the phone on a saturday, he called me back later in the day, asked questions, i sent him pictures and he scheduled to visit with me the next business day. they problem solved and determined it was a flapper on a toilet that was cauging the problem. what impressed me most was he called the evening after the work was done to make sure i was happy with my services and if all was good with the repairs. He will be my go to plumber in the future.

I called Jeff's because we were told by another plumber that we needed a camera inspection. As I was trying to tell Jeff this, he kept talking over me and asking if the line was clear. I assumed it was because the other plumber had told us to call Jeff and tell him we needed the camera inspection, but he told me to call the other plumber and ask. I did and he said it was clear. I called Jeff back and left a message. I then called again a few hours later and got a hold of him. I told him the line was clear and we needed a camera inspection and he said he would call me right back and I haven't heard from him since. He was very rude on the phone, continually talked over me and never returned my calls or messages. We went with him because he was recommended by our other plumber, but holy cow, these reviews are dead on. He is a very rude man and his customer service is terrible. We are going with a different company.
