I called Jeff's plumping for a simple repair job that shouldn't have taken more than a day. Other businesses (more expensive but probably worth it) estimated just a day to complete. Even with a team of 3, this business barely got anything done. There was at least one guy slacking off at any given time but of course they charge me for 3 workers. Do not hire!!!!

The lack of professionalism is mindblowing. I asked what the detailed breakdown between my sink and my toilet was and the person won't answer my very simple, and very legitimate question. Talk about unprofessional, and I have to venture and say shady. Just answer the simple question, and stop sending defensive crazy emails. Truly problematic, and odd because my problem is with my apartment management, not this outfit, but I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and most likely this will turn into a legal issue.

My mother needed to replace her main water line. Jeff's Plumbing gave her an excellent bid and did the work efficiently and quickly.
I needed a toilet installed and I broke a glass in the kitchen sink which resulted in the garbage disposal needing work. This was a separate call. A plumber came out and installed the toilet and unclogged my garbage disposal. I paid a fair price for the work and even got a discount for being a repeat customer.

Honest Plumber
I had a sewer blockage and it caused leakage under the house. I called a plumber and was told that all my pipes needed to be replaced. I was suspicious, so I called Jeff's Plumbing, who did some commercial work for me previously. They came out on a Saturday, verified that everything was OK, and checked that I was draining to the City sewer. No re-piping needed.

Overpriced and extremely rude. The owner treats you as if you are child while on the phone with him. Your better off fixing the problem your self then to deal with these arrogant people.

Don't bother with this outfit unless you want to pay their ""diagnostic"" fee [currently $84] to get a ridiculously high bid for simple plumbing work.
To give you an idea of how over the line this was. I call, and explain the obvious problem [leak at a fitting on hose bib]. I get told the ""diagnosis will cost $84]. I say, well, there is no diagnosis, I just told you what the problem is, but I recognize it will cost something to fix. Plumber shows up and goes on quite a bit about what can be done. It is possible the leak is from a now obsolete water line and just needs to be capped. He says he'll give me a number on that. If it's not an obsolete line, then the fitting needs to come off, and the line reconnected, for which he'll also give me another number. He sits in the truck for about 5 minutes, and comes back and tells me, ""Well, for capping the line $294"". I laugh, and say that much just to cap that line? He says, ""Ok, fine. good. $84 for the diagnosis."" I pay him and he's off on his way. I go to nearby hardware store. Buy a cap and fitting for $1.61. [That's right. A buck, .61] I remove the fitting and cap the line. Line is not obsolete. It goes to a bib and water heater. So, I replace the fitting...Takes about a half hour. Job done. Call me. For $300, I will gladly do the same for you....or, you can give me $84 and I'll tell you to go to the hardware store and how to do it yourself. And, for the most part, I'm clueless.

This guys & ladies too do exceptional job. Honest people that do an honest work. They do not gouge you for what your troubles maybe. Corey was a pleasure to have at my home even under the stress my issues caused me. I have had them out for water heater issues and water leaks under my home.

Below is an email note I received from Jeff Wolfe the owner of Jeff's plumbing. Very unprofessional response which reflects his concern for his customers:

We have used Jeff's plumbing for many years. They installed the gas line when we converted our range from electric to gas in our first home in the 1990's. Since then we have used them to replace the plumbing fixtures in one bathroom in our current home. The improvement in water pressure after their work was amazing. They just recently replaced our water heater. They have always been very responsive and have done excellent work for us. I just recommend Jeff's to a friend and then saw all the negative reviews below. I am so surprised because our experience has been excellent.

Laughton Properties, Inc. has been using Jeff's Plumbing for years with excellent results. His prices are fair and the analysis is honest. This company is our #1 choice for all plumbing issues, from simple line clearing to the extremely complicated. I have recommended the company to friends who are home owners. They have been thrilled with the service provided. It's a local company. I recommend Jeff's Plumbing without reservation.
