Jeff's did a repipe for us last year. They were the lowest bid and now I understand why. They told us the job would take an entire day. Makes sense. It's a big job. When they got here, they said it was only going to take half a day, because they brought a bigger crew. Fine. I quickly realized by there banter, that they had scheduled a second repipe in the area. No problem, except the entire team of young men seemed """"rushed"""" the whole time, yet had plenty of time for cigarette breaks through the course of the install. Leaving their butts in the street in front of my house, in the yard, and even an empty pack in my grass. Using my lawn for their trash can. Overall impression was that the repipe crew was young, unprofessional, and rude. Wearing headphones in my home and singing(loudly and badly), leaving it difficult to approach them with questions that arose. Mistakes were made. They foolishly broke a refrigerator fitting and said the handyman they've been using for years would be out in a couple of days to complete the repair. When the sub-contractor got here, I learned this was the first time they were using this """"trusted"""" tradesman(in my home). Needless to say, it all devolved from there. I can't recommend Jeff's to anyone. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

My appointment was ignored and they even didn't call me for apology. This company has no sense of customer service. I feel very disappointed.

Our property manager called 12 """"emergency"""" plumbers and no one could come. We finally called our local water company to come and shut off water to the house so we could at least stop the damage. I found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond number through a Google search and they answered right away. He let me know that his on-call plumber was over an hour away, and he reminded me that a Sunday call was time-and-a-half. I agreed, and he sent Chris. Chris called to let me know he was on his way, and was very prompt, considering the travel time. He was professional, friendly, and took care of the situation. I asked him to look at the surrounding pipes, and he showed me areas where we could have problems in the near future, and suggested a fix for it. The pipes look great! The charge was $250, which seemed reasonable to me, but I didn't put a price """"grade"""" on my review because I have no experience with plumbing prices here in the Orlando area. All in all, this was a very professional company and I would call them again. Way to go, Chris, and Jeff's!

Best quality service. Called Jeff's Sunday morning about 10:00 with non-stop running toilet. Chris of Jeff's had it fixed by 2:00 that afternoon. Up front pricing with no haggling and fast service. Couldn't be more pleased.

I needed a repipe to replace some old plumbing, and I went with this company because their quote came back the least expensive. Robert and his crew were very courteous and professional. They were very responsive with their communication via phone and email. I had a number of questions, and Robert always responded promptly. There were a couple hiccups- the washer hoses were not reconnected properly, and I needed some piping rearranged in one part of my home, but they quickly came back to resolve the issue at no extra cost, of course. I would highly recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond if you are considering a repipe.

I have had multi services completed by the professionals at Jeff's Kitchen Bath and have been pleased each time. Anthony came quickly to assist in a plumbing repair when the house we just moved into flooded. He provided great service and gave a great quote on a whole house re-plumb and a new water heater. Dustin and his team came to do the re-plumbing and were very through. They explained each cut, pipe placement, and answered any questions. The drywall team that Jeff partnered with - Kenny's Drywall were very professional and patched up the cut areas seemlessly.

Gene and Chris took great care of us. They were very well priced and they did a great job fixing our toilet flange and re-seating it with a new ring and grout. We had a bad experience with a previous plumber WAY over charging us for a broken pipe and basically forcing us to file an insurance claim. I wish we had called Jeff's Kitchen and Bath from the start!!!

Responded quickly to my request to fix the issue. But my tenants said the plumber that showed up was really rude . Didn't call me ( the homeowner) before cutting a hole in my wall and then charging me for a house call where nothing was repaired. Said it was a leak in the bathtub and that it wasn't a plumbing issue.There's no way that much water came from a leak in the tub. I ended up hiring another company who stayed until they found the leak (which wasn't the tub btw) .
