I highly recommend Jeff's Drains! My garage was getting water after rainstorms due to sloped driveway. I called Jeff and explained we had a drain in the driveway that needed to be cleaned out before a predicted rainstorm. Jeff sent Chris out the next day and got the job done. Chris was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and a great technician for a great company.

I made numerous calls to other drain companies and no response or too busy to fit me in. I'll only use Jeff's Drains from now on! Simply the best!

Worst service I've ever worked with. I would like to recommend this service and while I'm sure Jeff is a good person and his work is good, he is incredibly unprofessional on many levels. We used him to unclog a pipe in our factory and our financial office accidentally overpaid on the invoice twice. That was in February. I've spent almost 10 months trying to get a hold of this man to no use. It is October and I still never received a refund of OUR money. I spoke with Jeff several times on the phone. Left messages. Multiple email trails. Excuses and false promises to send a check every time. NOTHING. GHOSTED. I would not recommend doing business with Jeff's Drains when there is no integrity and follow up when a situation like this happens. Horrible and dishonorable.

The main water line in my house was clogged causing flooding in my basement. The drain needed to be unclogged. I called and they fit me in the same day. The company was on time and most import honest. I will call them back for all my plumbing services

I got home from work Friday at 6:30 to a clogged pipe affecting my only bathroom. After calling 3 other local businesses, all of which were not able to help even though, their websites indicated 24/7 emergency....bla bla. I called Jeff's Drains, spoke to Jeff and explained I needed it fixed ASAP. He said he'd send a guy in about an hour. Guy showed up, was very personable, and was able to fix the issue in less than 1 hour. The bill was absolutely reasonable and for once, I didn't feel like I was screwed by a contractor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeff's Drains. These guys came through big time!

I can't say enough great things about this company! We have an outdoor drain that clogged and water would come into our basement and flood, we needed help the next day and they were here! Chris came out and fixed the problem, nice person! Was fixed right before the second batch of heavy rain! Prices are good and workmanship is great!

We had a severe clogged kitchen drain. He was able to fit us in on Sunday between appointments. Was timely, wearing a mask the whole time, very polite & despite our drain being a lot worse than we thought, kept to the original estimate!! Really could not recommend highly enough!!!
