Jeff was prompt in responding to my message. He was knowledgeable and polite. He was able to quickly diagnose our plumbing issues. He offered options to us. We decided to have him go ahead and install a new water softener as well as a new faucet. We felt comfortable that his price was fair. Felt it was a plus that understands the water in our area (we have well water). Project completed promptly. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff communicated with me when he had an emergency that caused him to be late and when he arrived was polite and helpful. So nice to find a firm with reasonable, fair pricing and excellent service!

Kitchen sink was backing up and the missus had a big party planned for the following weekend. I called Jeff's because of the reviews, but also because he is based down in Waterford, and I have a great deal of respect for the small town guys being honest and diligent. And they were both honest and diligent. We had poorly installed pipes thanks to an industrious previous occupant putting in a sink using every elbow and coupler in the home depot inventory....the replaced pipes are so clean and done so right its just not even funny. They also snaked the rest of the line to make sure it was clear and voila the doggone thing works like a champ. Jeff got Jim out within days. I highly recommend this great little operation to anyone needing plumbing help. Very reasonably priced, and excellent service!
