Called in for an appt yesterday afternoon. Called off work to stay an additional day to accommodate. Even told the lady I picked them because of their good yelp review. It is 1:30 PM and I have not heard anything from them, so I call. They are booked up until June 30. They must've missed the message or not got to it yet.

We had our hot water heater put in we had low water pressure and took forever to get water hot. The Rheem hot water heater is awesome. Then they put a 3 ton Carrier Hvac clean old trane out and streamlined the new HVAC the whole area looked awesome. Runs like a baby. Did 3 quotes and all around Jeffries heating and ac was the best.

Wont to basic service like vacuum a simple mini split unless they install it.
It's a very basic procedure

Excellent service and follow up. They show up when they tell you and you can even received email with the person id photo that is coming to do the work. Great work clean neat and efficient.

I called Jeffries Heating & Air to have them check our HVAC system since we just purchased a house in Bronston, Ky. Brad S. was the technician that came to our house. He did a great job of checking our a/c and the heat pump. The freon was a little low on the A/C and he added more. He informed me that the freon we are using will not be around after the first of the year. I went with him under the house to the heat pump and when he opened the panels it did not look very good. This unit has been in service for 18 years. He said I did not have to do anything with it now, but sometime in the future, I should have the unit replaced. I asked for some information on replacement units. Again, he said I have time it does not need to be replaced. I still asked to see the prices of the replacement units. After reviewing the units and asking many questions we wound up with purchasing the top of the line unit. Again, he said we don't have to replace it right now. My wife and I looked at the prices and talked about them, we wound up purchasing a Lennox with a very high SER value for 0% interest for 5 years. We were approved and we would have the unit installed in two weeks. We did not meet Courtney, however Brad is a senior technician who is very knowledgable of the HVAC systems and was very helpful in helping us determine which unit to buy. We bought an American made unit for a great price and we have 5 years to pay it off with no interest. I am 64 and this young man impressed me to no end. He stayed right there as we were seeking approval from the loan company and we ran into one glitch, we had locked our credit score on all there companies. It took a few minutes to unlock them and he called the loan company and explained we had them locked and after we unlocked them we were approved. I mean, come on, who does this. Brad it the most professional person and he is very kind and took the time to help us. If you are looking for an honest company to work with you and get your needs met, this is the company to contact. I was blown away with how they treated us and helped us. I can't say anything about the rest of the companies in Somerset, Ky, but you will not go wrong with Jefferies. I was blessed to find these guys. I highly recommend them for you HVAC needs. They are the real deal!!!

Jefferies Heating and Air showed up on time - rare these days!! He explained the problem throughly and I was educated on the operation of my boiler. Courtney explained the cost before the work was done. The work is guaranteed for a year.
