Let me start out by saying I am 1.5 years post work with Jeff so I feel confident in speaking on the entire process.

I own a home that was built pre-1965 and thus had clay sewer pipes. I knew this when I purchased the home and eventually knew I would need to replace the line. I also knew that my home didn't have a sump pump and needed a few other items that the town required. One day I had a problem with water coming into my basement after a rain/snow storm and said, ""enough! I am getting this fixed"". I called Jeffrey and he called me back the same day to arrange a time to come out and give me an estimate. Jeff showed me the issue with a camera, wrote up my estimate and answered ALL of my questions. He even answered my Dads' questions (that's service bc Daddio is comprehensive!).

The actual work took about 2.5 days and Jeff/crew were so courteous to both myself and my property. Truly excellent. They had to come in and out of my house for various tasks and were so neat and professional I couldn't believe it.

1.5 years later I am happy with the job done on all fronts and recommend Jeff whenever I can. Finding and dealing with contractors is not something I like to do but Jeff made it as painless as possible.

My project was massive (new sewer line, bubbler, sump pump, cast iron pipe removal, new valve installation) so my bill was large, but honestly, it was worth every single penny for peace of mind and quality of work.

He drives up the cost and if it's not worth his time hell just walk away from your appointment!! use I needed to get this fixed, He was 1.5 hours late, a I took off from work to accommodate his schedule. I knew what had to be fixed but wanted a professional to do this, I had a leak and did not want any more damage. I had purchased the (replacement part at Home Depo for 20 dollars. He recommended changing the part or getting a new toilet!!! It only needed a part I had done my homework and a new toilet was not needed!! He would not use my $20 part and wanted to charge me 150.00 for the same part! When I refused the expensive part he walked away, literally just walked away! stated I was refusing his recommendations!!
I was not going to let you rip me off!

Saw the reviews on line, and they were quite favorable, so I decided to call Jeffrey Plumbing first, and I'm very glad we did. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable. He explained to us what he was doing, so I even understood what he was saying. I do not know too much about plumbing. He was very professional but yet friendly. His work was reasonably priced. Outrageously EXPENSIVE plumber! I need a few simple things done and called for a quote. I nearly fell over when Jeffery Plumbing quoted $220 for installation of a new toilet - and that's with me providing the toilet! A Toilet install only costs $100 with the major plumbers. This is a Rip Off Alert ... don't overpay for your plumbing needs.

Call Jeffrey Plumbing first! I called him and he called me back within minutes and came out to me in 30 minutes. He handled my plumbing issue as well as a gas leak.
