We recently moved to the Jefferson area. We had some faucets in the house that needed to be replaced. One faucet had started to run extremely slow. Called a plumber recommend to me in Athens. They were going to charge for the time it took to drive to my house and then the time to the next house at $175 an hour. I randomly found JPC and gave them a call. AJ came to my house the next morning. He was so polite and so helpful and quickly completed the job. I've had to call a couple more times and requested AJ each time. Always very pleased. Then we had some well issues and needed testing and work done. Michael is their well expert and was again at my house the next day. Now Michael is temporarily unavailable and the owner is taking care of us. I can't say enough about every single person I have encountered with JPC including Kim who answers the phone and sets appointments. Everyone is always polite, on time, and thorough with the job done. And their prices are very reasonable. Thank you to all the great folks at JPC.

I had a major leak in my water main yesterday, a Sunday, and wasn't able to find anyone to come out among the plumbers who list 24/7 service, including a plumber I've used several times in the past. The Jefferson Plumbers website shows 8-5 M-F as their operating hours. I called them today at 8 am, left a message on voicemail, got a call back from Matthew in about 20 minutes and he scheduled a visit for today. He was also very careful to get names, addresses and phone numbers right. He understood the problem and explained what his crew would do. The crew arrived a few minutes after 10 am and had a fairly difficult (and muddy) problem fixed within an hour and a half. Their charge was very reasonable and their service was excellent. I feel fortunate to have found a reliable and capable plumber for my home and rental properties in Jefferson.

My whole house water filter was leaking and I called and talked to Kim to get a new one installed the next day. After appointment was set, I had to reschedule, no problem. Next day, Mike called before he arrived. He wanted to check the old filter to see if it could be repaired before installing a new one. He agreed with me a new one was needed and showed the problem with the prior installation by a company now out of business. He fixed it in very good time, was thorough and carefully inspected everything, and cleaned up after himself. He made a suggestion for a possible solution for another problem, but would wait for me to follow up with them. The bill was about $150 less than I was expecting. This is the second time I've used Jefferson Plumbing, the other repair by A.J. was also great! I now have my """"Go-To"""" plumbers. I highly recommend Jefferson Plumbing! A+

My In-laws had this guy come out to check hot water heater in a 1-year old house. He told them the pilot light was out. That was obvious but why did it go out when nothing has changed since purchasing the house. He charged them $75 to relight it but did nothing else. Now the pilot is out again so now what captain obvious! Do not use this person! What a joke and a ripoff!

I needed to replace my hot water heater yesterday. I had no hot water - my tank was almost 14 yrs. Old. Definitely time to replace it. I called and spoke with several plumbing companies and found that their prices were high for what I needed, and could not fit me into their schedule until the following day. I called Jefferson Plumbing and spoke to Myra. I told her that I needed a 50 gal. Electric hot water heater to be installed. She provided me with an exact price - not an estimate, and arranged to have A.J. come out the same day. I had hot water that same night! Not only was I pleased with their professionalism and prompt service, their pricing was Extremely Reasonable!! Great Family and Local Company!! I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

I had a leaking drain assembly in my master bath sink and got frustrated because I couldn't do it myself. I called and spoke to Myra at JPC and she set it up to come out the very next day! She even called the next day to say the repairman was running late and would be there at a delayed time. However, he was here 30 minutes later and had the drain assembly replaced within less than half an hour. I am so pleased with their professionalism and prompt service and I will call them again if I should have any more problems.
