Jeff was fantastic. I called him based on other Yelp reviews to fix a leaking sprinkler valve. He was fast and thorough with the valve and proceeded to check every valve and faucet in the house as well to ensure everything was working properly. He provided a lot of great insight and was very helpful above and beyond the job at hand. His package price for the sprinkler valve was very reasonable. I'll definitely call Jeff for our future plumbing needs.

Called Jeff for my daughter's house in Saugus, the pressure relief valve on water heater had released in early am. He was there within 20 minutes. He replaced relief valve and pressure regulator for house as it was also defective. Very please with work and promptness in responding to emergency call. I called jeff when we discovered that our bathtub faucet was leaking. We had been on vacation for 11 days and our water bill was more than twice the usual; we think the leak was the reason. It was my first day back at work after vacationand I explained I would be off at 2:30 and home by 3:00. Jeff seemed a little hesitant about coming to my house in the afternoon when it ""would be hot."" Jeff arrived at about 3:15. He seemed thrown for a loop by my Moen oil rubbed bronze fixtures - he was used to chrome fixtures and wasn't sure if he could work on my ""custom"" faucet (I got it at Home Depot). He said he wasn't sure he could get the plate off the wall cuz the set screw might be damaged. He did not give me an estimate of what the job would cost ahead of time. He got the plate off and was able, with much effort and, he pointed out, his $75 ""special tool"" just for Moen cartridges, to remove the cartridge without breaking anything - apparently, this was quite a feat. He left to purchase the part. Returned and installed it - backward - even tho he told me he was making sure to install it correctly. Redid it, then said he wanted to check all the sinks and toilets and garbage disposer. After that, he wanted to check my water heater and the pressure in the main water valve. I was pleased that he was so thorough and conscientious and assumed the checks were complimentary. He was at my house for about 2 hours. He charged me $375. I assumed the part was expensive, but when I googled it, the highest price I could find for a Moen tub cartridge was $43. I sent him a text asking him to explain his bill. He responded by saying the service was a ""package"" and that's what he charges for his time. I hadn't asked for a package, didn't ask him to check anything; just wanted him to fix the leak. I will be looking for another plumber. Anyone know a good one?
