I used Jeff for a leak that started under my foundation and it was a 8 day project. What I really appreciated about Jeff was that he kept my house clean even though he was jackhammering for days in my bathroom & he wore booties so that he didn't track dirt in the house. Jeff was very courteous & friendly & I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I will forever call Jeff if I had a problem in the future.

Nightmare plumbing, don't use him.
New construction plumbing failed immediately and flooded the downstairs sheetrock, from the get-go.
Not just a nightmare, but refused to answer any of mine, my Brokers, or our property managers calls.
Had he returned calls I would not be rating him.

Jeff is an amazing professional plumber and very easy to work with. He was a major part in putting together the family's dream kitchen out in Bodega Bay. My family and I worked closely with Jeff for about a year.

It was refreshing to work with someone who knew what he was doing and answered all the random questions we had. He did a lot of work for us and we are grateful for all his help.

Jeff is an honorable man but his office manager was very disorganized and I have to believe let Worker's Comp lapse without letting Jeff know.

I have used Jeff for many decades both in my business and at home and have the greatest respect for him and his work.

Jeff recently completed the rough and the finish plumbing on our master bath remodel and we're very pleased with the results. Jeff was on time, responsive and the work top notch. What really impressed us the most is his commitment to do the right thing. We had him install a hot water recirculation pump at our water heater which stopped working after a week. He responded immediately to our call and came out the same day to check on it. He asked us to monitor if for another day and call him back. The unit was clearly not working so he came right back out the next day and replaced it. No questions asked. Customer service like that is rare in today's crazy contractor world.

After having plumbers out before I knew our sewer system was about to fall apart. I hoped it would last until we could get the money together for one of the estimates we had gotten. Our sewer pipe completely collapsed over the weekend leaving us up a creek. Gave him a call on Monday from a personal recommendation and Tuesday of the same week he and a back hoe operator had dug out and completely replaced our sewer line. He was out there fast and did great work at a good price. Would have him do other work for us in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Jeff was outstanding. Not only is his work excellent, but he is extremely knowledgeable, dependable, thorough and a ""can do"" guy! He did all the plumbing for our kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier! I wish I could give him more then 5 stars because he was a gem to work with. He can handle anything you can throw at him and is a genuinely nice guy. This is the plumber you want to hire!

I needed a shower stall transitioned into a bath tub. I had a plumber come out who had great reviews on Yelp*. He quoted me $2,000 and told me he'd have to take a wall out. Someone suggested I call Jeff, and I'm glad I did. He came out, looked at the situation and said ""no problem"". No need for wall removal, he did the entire project (plus a few side jobs) for about 40% of what I was quoted by the other plumber. Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable with many years in the plumbing business. Give him a call!
