Too bad zero stars isn't an option. After having our bathroom completely redone Jeff was supposed to install beautiful brass fixtures for our guest bathroom. Soft jaw pliers are to be used on brass so it doesn't scratch......apparently he didn't know that and our beautiful (EXPENSIVE) fixtures are horribly scratched. On top of that, ALL 5 fixtures in the tub/shower were not sealed exposing the wall behind, the handheld shower head was installed on an incorrect base which cased it to fall and chip the brand new tub, AND the hot/cold lever COMPLETELY CAME OUT OF THE WALL-was not secured into the wall!! He came out 3 times to address these issues and they are still unresolved. If you are a business owner and you do not know how to do something BE HONEST AND UPFRONT AND TELL THE CUSTOMER. Don't take their money and do a half ass job. If you're thinking of using him, definitely don't. Go anywhere else.

I called Jeff's plumbing and inquired about a quote for a replacement water heater. He came by the following day and quoted me significantly less than Home Depot and Lowe's. Jeff and Sal provided exceptional service and the job was completed in a matter of hours. I'm a very satisfied customer, and will be calling Jeff for any future needs.

These guys really are not good at all.
They will bill you out for an hour, even if they only work for 18 minutes.
And the last time I hired them, their ""plumber"" left at 3:30 pm without finishing the job here, which was a simple bathroom sink faucet handles only replacement. He left because ""He gets off at 3:30pm"" -unquote.So I had to finish the work. They billed me out for a full hour though.
The plumber guys at the local Ace Hardware/Messick's are much better, hands down & away.
