Sent him an email with list of jobs needing to get done. List was long and he would have had work for a while. We talked on phone 2-3 times. Had a couple of appointments set up with HIS approval for date and time so Jeff can stop by and give me an estimate. No call, no show BOTH times.

I needed to have a door installed and called Jeff given the great reviews he has. Unfortunately, he was heading out of town for a few weeks, but he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining what to look out for when trying to find someone else to install the door. He went out of his way to make sure I don't get taken advantage of by someone who doesn't know how to do the job properly or who charges too much.
He obviously knows his stuff and I look forward to him getting back into town so I can get a lot of TLC done around the house!

Hands down the best handyman in the city and probably in the nation. Unfortunately I can't get him to help me out anymore but hopefully that changes.

Jeff was incredibly helpful for a recent urgent project. My family and I were visiting from out of town, and needed a door window pane at a home rental property fixed after it broke unexpectedly from an accident (nearby pool-related slip and fall). Jeff responded to a Saturday morning call right away, and made room in his schedule to replace the glass later that afternoon. By the time he was finished, it looked wonderful (like nothing happened), and he offered a very reasonable price. Highly recommended! Thanks again, Jeff.

We needed to take bars off the windows at the house to replace glass in the windows. Jeff gave a good estimate and did a very good job. I would absolutely use him again. The only reason he's getting 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that he didn't have a pry bar with him when he arrived, which would have made the job easier. That said, I would definitely use his services again.

Jeff helped us again! He is always so quick to respond, and engage with the issue to solve it as soon as possible. He has excellent associates.

I used Jeff to right a service mast on a rental that began to lean after a storm. I was stumped as to how to fix it, but Jeff talked through it with confidence and experience and I had faith that he'd get it corrected. He did have to reschedule once, but totally understandable due to the thunderstorm that occurred on his originally scheduled day. You'll get an old school tradesman with an abundance of knowledge, a Veteran chopper pilot, and good conversation with a responsive tradesman who I believe genuinely loves to help people and uses his knowledge and skills to do it.

I requested a service call for a tankless water heater at a rental property. He can the same day (a Saturday) and fixed it. He also traced the breaker for the unit (which was actually in the incorrectly labeled box). He's a smart guy. I will be calling him again for repairs and to flush my tankless water heaters (part of general maintenance). Thanks Jeff!

Jeff is a very nice guy but unfortunately he is way overbooked and his work was not the quality we wanted. He came out in December to fix a loose post on the gate and loose insulation under a door. He brought a slider to go under the door but it was the wrong size -- something he only realized after drilling holes in the door and taking it off its hinges. He put the door back and nailed the post back as a temporary fix but said he would need to come back later to fully replace the boards and fix the insulation.
But he never came back. We tried to get him out to fix the issues that created (the door now is often stuck and the post fell off the gate again the next day). He had to cancel on us three times in a row (once for weather but other times due to unavailability, after he already agreed to come out). After months of waiting we gave up waiting for him and now still are trying to find someone to fix these issues.

Jeff was my Hail Mary attempt at getting my life out of the stone age. During hurricane zeta a tree took down a power line and snapped my grounding wire. I called energy 6 times since zeta.. no one ever came to fix it. As other storms came in and out of New Orleans, my power starting flickering, WiFi stopped working and finally my room had no power at all. Entergy kept ghosting me so I called 3 different electricians. The first couldn't come for over a week. The second said they would come in the morning.. never showed up, never called me back. But Jeff, he answered my desperate call immediately. Came to my house that day! First, he entered my house sat on the floor with my dog and gave him treats! He wore a mask the entire time, entertained me with all sorts of life stories and experiences! Then, he made a temporary grounding wire to give my house full power. HE called Entergy.. used his smooth talking skills, and then waited around until the came to fix the grounding wire. Had he not been there, I'm sure I would still be in this endless battle. He is coming back to fix my cracked weather head, and I couldn't be more thankful to him! If you want an all around amazing handy man, Jeff is your man! He looked at my washer that was giving problems, gave me a few other suggestions for fixing some under the house work. But mostly, he gave me the ability to finally live normal again! I will for sure be using Jeff for all my home issues! Jack of all trades!
