I called Jeff early in the morning, complaining about power being out in the front portion of the house.
I wanted someone out there that day. Since he was out of town he talked me through some simple troubleshooting.
It didn't work, so he sent one of his workers Greg. Greg was working in the Quarter, he finished his job there and was at my house in less than an hour. And about an hour later the problem was fixed! Great experience!

I needed to have a door installed and called Jeff given the great reviews he has. Unfortunately, he was heading out of town for a few weeks, but he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining what to look out for when trying to find someone else to install the door. He went out of his way to make sure I don't get taken advantage of by someone who doesn't know how to do the job properly or who charges too much.

He obviously knows his stuff and I look forward to him getting back into town so I can get a lot of TLC done around the house!

Jeff has done some work for me in the past and has always been timely and helpful with whatever I need. It is a big boon in this city to have someone who shoots straight about their schedule and when they can get stuff done and then sticks to it. I called him this week because an outlet had gone bad in my house throwing out an entire circuit. He offered to come out the next day but told me it was something I could handle on my own. With Jeffs instructions I was able to handle the problem myself for about 4 dollars rather than paying him or somone else a lot more to come out. Jeff will help you find solutions first before worrying about his own bottom line. Highly reccomend.

Jeff was extremely helpful with our electric issues. In a city that is so hard to find good, reliable help, Jeff came through for us in a big way. We needed some electrical work done fast and he was able to show up the next day and get it sorted.

I also love that he is well versed in multiple trades. While he was here, we consulted with him about future projects we need help with. We definitely recommend Jeff and will be using him again in the future!

We found Jeff on Yelp and called him because we had a small gas leak and the gas company locked our meter until it was remedied. Obviously not a great situation. Once engaged, Jeff met me at my house in the late afternoon (due to my schedule). He brought with him a wealth of knowledge and skill set to quickly and efficiently get up to speed on the situation, diagnose the issue, and find the several leaks in the gas lines. He literally checked each joint on the gas line crawling under the house using his special bubble solution while keeping the line pressurized with air. Identifying each bad connection in the line, he then reconnected each joint after cleaning the threads and using plumbers glue. But with all valves off (so we thought) the line still wasn't holding pressure. Jeff took a step back from the situation, and used his expertise to identify gas pipe going straight up. He knew that meant there was a final valve to check in the attic where the furnace is located! He climbed into the attic (100+ degrees), closed the valve and then checked all of those joints as well. Luckily no more leaks, and the line held the pressure. Obviously this was not an easy or quick fix. Jeff stayed until after 8:30 pm making sure the job was done right. He then walked us through the process of getting the gas company to come out for final inspection, and his work passed with flying colors. I don't know where we would have been without Jeff's assistance. He even followed up several times to ensure the gas was finally turned on. Thank you Jeff, we will be calling you again!

Jeff came to our house on short notice and quickly and efficiently addressed an issue we had that caused the electricity in our kitchen to go out. He was also great with our dog. Would highly recommend.

Jeff came out to help us on a long holiday weekend. Couldn't get anyone else and we were so thankful Jeff was working. He installed a smart lock and a ring doorbell for our front entry. Both work really well and we are pleased. Jeff clearly knows how to read instruction manuals and figure out new devices. He also took apart some old rusty patio furniture. He sanded the pieces, removed rust, prepped for painting, and spray painted them all. It was a big job and took all day but Jeff was a good sport about it. Jeff also fixed our front gate so it will latch properly and close automatically. Call Jeff with your Fixit list :)

In this crazy market of trying to find the right people to work Jeff has been amazing. He has been punctual true to his word stayed within budget and has delivered work as promised. I had a complicated job that included venting a new microwave, venting a new range hood, and adding about 10 outlets for electrical work. Jeff did a great job and found the right materials, working with my complicated metal siding of the house to give me a beautiful solution that has made me happy and has finally given me a functional kitchen. Jeff truly knows everything from basic carpentry to complicated electrical work. I would definitely hire Jeff for any small or big job. He is honest, does not hold back, and gives the facts straight up which I appreciate.
